Always a pleasant experience at this dental office. I've been coming here for about 4 years. Great experience overall from the front desk ladies (whom are all wonderful!) down to the hygienist/MA & dentist! They explain whatever is confusing and have always been warm and gentle with my daughter. Also, I have never waited longer than 10 mins to be called in the back.

Love the ladies in the office and the nurses who help my kids in the back when we’re not aloud back there to accompany our kids. I feel safe and comfortable with this staff I have been going to them for over 8 years! Great office and great staff!!

Pediatric Dental West does an amazing job… my grandson luvs going to the dentist …everyone was so attentive & precise… made him very comfortable… it was clean & new… great location

I didn't like they had to force my 3 year old daughter to put her head on dentist knees , she was a stranger to her and didn't wanted to do so, I asked if she could start by sitting on the big chair girl and didn't want to play with it .... so it was a bad experience for my daughter.... ‍♀️ I asked if the following visits would be the same, and they said yes..... so I won't come back again.

First time at this dentist and it was a horrible experience 0/10 wouldn’t recommend definitely won’t be back. My child appointment was at 2:pm I didn’t fill paperwork out until 2:45 went to the assistant cleaned my child teeth and said the doctor will be in. 3:15 no doctor 3:25 no doctor 3:35 no doctor 3:45 no doctor what’s going on there is no way we should have still be waiting to see a doctor for an annual routine at 3:45 and the appointment was for 2:00 my child ended up falling asleep and we left

My children have been going there since they first got their teeth!!!! I absolutely love the staff and how they handle everyone when choose no one else great place!!!

My appointment was at 3:30 I didn’t get out until almost 5pm other then that the visit went smooth
