I was happy that they worked me in so quickly, and they have a beautiful office. However, the dentist told me that my 6 year old needed 8 crowns, on her BABY teeth! Then he proceeded to close the deal by asking “Would you like stainless steel or porcelain?” It was not until I asked if there were any less invasive options, that he then gave me two additional less invasive options. All options should have been given up front.

The American Academy of Pediatrics states, “Porcelain crowns are reserved for permanent teeth that are fully erupted with the gum tissue at its adult position.”

Took my daughter to her first dentist appointment today and everyone was so nice and welcoming! They all smiled and greeted me and complimented how beautiful my daughter is. I wish I knew the young ladies name that sat with Everlee, she was so patient and sweet. I would recommend Dr. Gunnels and his staff to anyone.

We have visited with both of our children twice and it has been a wonderful experience all around. The staff is super friendly and extra patient with our anxious kids! They are so thorough in explaining what is going to happen with the kids as well as discussing findings with us as parents. The office is adorable and very clean!

This was my sons first dentist appointment and it was the ABSOLUTE BEST! He was so comfortable with the staff and that was very important to me. All of the ladies are so sweet and interactive. You can tell they love what they do and the kids they meet. Doctor Gunnels was stellar! He was so kind and patient! We will be here for the long run!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. I genuinely get excited to take my daughter to the dentist because I feel so at ease when I’m here! Dr. Gunnels and the rest of the staff explain everything they do thoroughly, yet in simple terms. It’s never crowded in the office and there’s always complimentary drinks for patients. I sometimes have a hard time getting someone on the phone, but they always call me back within a business day. Take your kiddos here!
