The office is really clean and well managed, with a friendly and organized staff and good scheduling. I’ve unfortunately had three root canals, a pulled molar, and other dental services and Dr. Dang’s Office of experts and staff have all taken great care of me! They are all kind and ask how you feel during any dental visit from mouth cleaning to X-rays. Erika is always gentle and kind! I trust their advice and feel they all know what they are doing. Their office is always clean and kept organized which shows me they take pride on how they protect and provide a safe environment for their customers. I have been going to Dr. Titi Dang since 2009 and even while living in LA and having different insurances as an adult, I purposefully make the effort to still go to her because she is THAT good! Her staff are always so kind and sweet!

Dr. Dang is supremely focused on her work when she treats patients. She is technically precise and when engaged by patients, polite and very informative. The office is modern and equipped for the majority of dental procedures. The front office staff is competent. But dental coverage - especially for patients in Medicare Advantage plans - is complicated and intimidating. Staff could do a better job at explaining coverage and co-pays to make patients feel more at ease.
