My dad love's how Dr. Paul Jang works and his work. My dad says he works fast and the way he works makes dental work painless. He answers any questions you might have and the way it explains is simple and understandable. His staff is really polite, nice and attenntive. The office is really clean and makes you feel comfortable. His prices are reasonable and gives option to pay in payments which can be helpful... My dad and I will recommend Dr. Paul Jang as dentist... And we love that he is open on Sundays for emergencies....

No habla español pero el trabajo de Dr. PAUL Jang es de calidad. El trabaja rapido pero eficiente y de modo que no duele tanto. Sus precios son rasonables y ofrece el poder pagar a pagos. I am so grateful for Dr. Paul Jang and his staff during my visit with them. I was suffering from a tooth ache and his whole staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The dental assistant was so kind and gently with me while taking an x-ray of my tooth. Unfortunately, I had an infection and the doctor was able to explain what needed to be done and also explain what would happen if I didn’t get treatment. He is very knowledgeable and was thorough with his assessment and diagnosis. I had my treatment done and my tooth feels better! Thank you so much!

I experience significant anxiety regarding dental visits due to past negative experiences; however, I have found an exceptional dentist in Dr. Jang. He is incredibly gentle and has become my new dentist. I required six implants, and he was fair with the billing while making an effort to provide the best price possible. Dr. Jang is also very personable, which contributes to a positive experience.

I made a 3:00 appointment for my elderly mother, was told to arrive 15 minutes early no less than three times in addition to the reminder texts that were sent. upon arriving the door was locked and a sign was displayed indicating that the staff was out to lunch and would return at 3:00. I waited patiently with my elderly mother outside in 90+ degree heat for approximately 20 mins before any employees showed up, the first did not have a key and was mortified that no one was in the office, attempting to save face by explaining that it is a very rare occasion for the office to be completely empty and locked during business hours. she, too, then had to wait with us before the remainder of the staff eventually arrived (one even made a glib comment about the heat) and let us in. the employee with the key flippantly commented that she had to run "super important errands" without further explanation as she hurriedly unlocked the door. there was no apology, no consideration, no empathy expressed whatsoever. we were on time, they were *quite* late. after such disrespect, insult, and lack of professionalism we decided to cancel then and there and seek dental care elsewhere from an office that might show more sympathy and thoughtfulness to their patients. I just can't believe they would arrive so late and keep us waiting outside on a hot day then treat the situation like a normal, everyday occurrence. it was no big deal to them. it takes a lot for my sweet, elderly mother to walk away like that in disgust, I don't even remember a prior instance to be honest. just... wow.

So I have TERRIBLE anxiety when it comes to the dentist and I have never found a dentist where I actually feel comfortable and trust them 100%. Until now. My best friend referred me to dr jang because she had a great experience with him and his staff. And I am so very grateful for her recommendation. The staff got me in same day for a terrible problem I was having and they were all so kind. When another terrible problem popped up only a week later I sent in a message hoping to get in. They were closed that day but dr jang still called me even tho he was out of town and opened up to get me in when I was available next so I wouldn’t have to miss work. If you have a question or a concern and send in a message they get right back to you to give suggestions and ease your mind. I cannot express how much I appreciate everyone in that office for everything they’ve done to help me. I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs a dentist.

Dr. Jang is friendly, and informative, takes time to explain options and discuss plans. Office team are also friendly, welcoming and are confident. The work done during this visit was just the beginning of dental work that will take a couple of months to complete and this great start to uneventful, gentle care from a knowledgeable team willing to take time and work with genuine concern and compassion is very reassuring that I have made the right choice to come to Dr. Jang for care!
