El Dr. Rideau es un excelente dentista al igual que su auxiliar Cristina, amo su profesionalismos, trato y calidez humana; las instalaciones son muy buenas, pero lamentablemente mi experiencia con la manager Hiajaira fue horrible. Considero respetuosamente que no tiene carisma ni receptividad para atender a los clientes. Es imponente y lo peor de todo es que habla sin conocimiento en cuanto a tratamientos odontológicos.

Dr. Rideau is an excellent dentist like his assistant Cristina, I love his professionalism, treatment and human warmth; the facilities are very good, but unfortunately my experience with manager Hiajaira was horrible. I respectfully consider that he has neither charisma nor receptivity to serve clients. He is imposing and the worst of all is that he speaks without knowledge regarding dental treatments

Wonderful experience. The hygienist (I believe her name was Linda) was so sweet and considerate, she gently explained every part of my cleaning and did a fantastic job. Dr. Rideau is very friendly and really knows his stuff. Both are very careful and thorough. Front desk is quick to help with a smile. I’m actually looking forward to future visits to the dentist! Thanks a bunch 🦷🪥

Had a great experience! Dr. Rideau and his staff took great care of us. Brought in my 8 year old son for a cleaning and check up. Ended up having a small cavity. Knocked out the filling and everything in one visit, all while making the experience for my 8 year old very enjoyable. Thank you Park Place!

Update: Park Places response below seems to be correct, I wish someone would have told me when I called the office previously. Seems to be the insurances fault (which of course they didn’t tell me issue either when I called) Updated to five stars

Park Place Dental San Mateo filed three different claims for service in April 2024 and has given me the run around trying to get it addressed. It’s October and still not solved

I was suffering from mind altering, breath taking and attention getting nerve pain on a tooth that had a temporary crown on it. I Googled, emergency dental care, and Park Place Dental popped up and I began the steps necessary to be seen ASAP. They were able to see me with just a few hours and within less than an hour I was no longer ger in.pain and felt as if I had my life back. They completely and quickly understood my situation and offered up a procedure that not only made my nerve pain dissappear but at a price that was ridiculously affordable.
