My 83 year old father was a patient at PAM for 14 days of rehabilitation after complications from open heart surgery. The staff was very loving and patient with my Dad and with our family as we insisted on having at least 2 of us there nearly all times! We are especially grateful for Lina RRT; Bernard, Senior PT; Marisara, OT. Speech, dietary, the nursing staff, and aides, especially JoAnne, treated us like their own family. The PT doctor took enough interest to speak encouragement to my Dad while we were taking him for a stroll around the outdoor area. And the Pulmonologist absolutely changed the trajectory of my Dad's recovery by speaking a little hard truth about his attitude and participation in therapies! That little loving kick in the butt motivated my Dad to work cooperatively so that he was able to go home and not to a skilled nursing facility. If you want your loved one treated with dignity and excellence, choose PAM.

The entire staff at PAM are amazing! It is a top notch facility. Highly recommend! They were a true blessing. Even the food is outstanding.

My husband spent 10 days in rehab after a short hospital stay to regain strength. The physical therapists were very professional and willing to answer any questions about therapy. The nurses and tech personnel were very caring and helpful and would consistently check to see if anything was needed. The doctor on staff would listen to my husband and address any concern he had to help keep him comfortable. A special shout-out to Kathy, the visitor receptionist. Kathy was always at the sign in desk with a welcoming smile. She remembered names for the visitors tags and was genuinely happy to see everyone that walked in the door. I will recommend PAM to anyone needing therapy.

I went to PAM for OT due to a reversal shoulder replacement. During the four months of therapy Grace my therapist was outstanding. She explained all the exercises I did and also what areas of the shoulder that were being used. Grace was very knowledgeable of her field. She made me feel encouraged for my recovery. All staff I met were very friendly and professional. Thank you Grace and PAM employees. Your facility is much needed in our community.

I did my rehab here. The nurses were very helpful, the therapist really took the lead in helping me along. Haley, Jeanie the night nurse and Johanna the staff was great but the CNA Evelyn was out standing. The food was excellent amazing for a rehab clinic. I would highly recommend this place if you were ever in the need.

I had two of the best therapist i've ever had in my life. Alicia was my occupational therapist.She was not only
Kind but very good to this day. I'm using the techniques she taught me. Quana was my physical therapist, she showed me how I could regain my balance and my strength. I don't think I would have made it home if it not had been for these two therapists, they're the greatest.
I would recommend Pam rehabilitation to anyone. They're therapist, really go above and beyond to get the patient back in good shape.

Where do I begin!! This place got me ready for what comes at home !! I was not ready after surgery nor after 4 day hospital visit but 9 days here in rehab got me back on my feet !! I say many different doctors helping me in may ways pain, rehab, infernal, nutrition and ect! It was awesome cause they are all about how to get you functional and pain free enough to do PT and OT !! The nurses especially Jeff !! We’re so good at keeping up with meds, any ting else need which is a lot when it came to me !! My pct Ji she worked so hard constantly get drinks water, ice for pain , honestly she ran circles around everyone!! Love her and her bed side manners !! She would do anything for her patients or any patient! ! My PT Charona was the absolute past PT I’ve ever had !! She is hands on !! And know how to work areas that hurt but she loosen you up then work your areas that need it and then re-loosens them up again at the end so you’re not left all cramped up and sore and stiff !! PT has always been hard for me. She made it easier, even though we are still working on things around and for the areas that were affected outstanding, she was.! OT Salinlia was just awesome ! As a person but as a OT as well !! We played a lot of games !! Thought games were standing , balance!, endurance!! Which was everything I needed !! Doing laundry , getting in a car, put groceries away and even washing dishes !! The staff was amazing !! And I enjoyed every minute there ! I hope to get out patient this coming week !!

The only thing I would say was a problem was the food thank god they had a nurshement room and the kitchen would help out with pizza and uncrossable, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches is what I lived off there and fruit they had great all right fruit

I was a rehab patient for two weeks after a week of being in the hospital due to issues with my hip. I was miserable but the experience I received from PAM Rehabilitation was top notch! From the initial evaluation to discharge, I was a PERSON needing help not another number!

The nursing team, transportation, environmental services and dining services were all so easy to work with, and the food was fabulous.

The therapy team is a great group of people that bring a special touch to their patients with their approach, camaraderie and fun. From their expertise, to their jokes, to having people that speak my primary language (Spanish) and not be afraid to use it to connect with their patients and peers in a meaningful way. They foster an environment where it is easy for the patient to connect perform to the best of their capabilities.

But I give special thanks to my OT: Miracia and my PT: Quana. These ladies know their stuff and treat you with the utmost dignity and respect. They helped get me ready and stronger for my return home and made my stay an outstanding experience.
