I went here for a dental cleaning and everything was amazing. It was $110 out of pocket, and I was able to get an appointment that week. Check-in was virtual and done beforehand! The day of the appointment, I was notified by text they were ready to see me, and within a minute, I was sent in for my teeth cleaning. Everything was clearly described to me, and service was detailed and extremely fast. My appointment was at 10 AM, I was let in at 10:02 PM, and I was finished with treatment by 10:45 AM. They did a great job and I would recommend this place a thousand times over.

This review is long overdue. I’ve been coming to Palm Dental for over eight years, and I’m so grateful I found Dr. Karen Ho, Cherry, and the rest of their team. Dr. Ho is very detail-oriented and can notice a small cavity and treat it before it becomes a big problem. I’ve always had my teeth cleaned by Cherry, and she’s the best! She made sure to ask where my sensitive areas are and is extra careful to go gently around these areas during my cleaning sessions. She does such a thorough job! At the same time, she gives me good flossing suggestions, so I maintain healthy gums and teeth. All these tips worked because I don’t have any cavities so far. I’ve also been here during the height of the COVID pandemic, and they take so many precautions, including masking, outside check-in processes, and maintaining an excellent clean environment to ensure their patients are safe. You’re in great hands with Dr. Ho and her team!

I changed dentists about two years ago, and I have to say that Karen Ho and Palm View Dental are the best I've had. Scheduling is easy and convenient, and the office staff work expertly with my insurance company. Most importantly, both of the dentists I've seen there are expertly skilled -- painless, considerate, and sure-handed. I've had two broken teeth extracted there; I have one more for them to pull, and then I'm looking forward to Dr. Ho doing the implants to replace them. This office has also been recognized for their work with the Invisalign system, so if you need this done, you really should put Palm View at the top of your list. I've never had a dentist whose work comes anywhere near as good as here. Give them a call and see for yourself!

I had not been to the dentist in years. Terrified. The moment I walked into the office, everyone was kind, personable, and honest. Didn’t even seem like a visit to the dentist at all. I’ll DEFINITELY be returning for all my appointments, in the future. Everyone was amazing!

All the staffs are very friendly and caring when I visit the office!

The front desk is there to answer all of my questions patiently, the assistants always make the whole visit feel more comfortable and smooth, the hygienists and Dr.s are very professional that their suggestions and treatments are very helpful and effective.

Definitely my first go-to if anyone needs any dental work done!

1st time visiting this office and I’m definitely making the switch to this dental office. I LOVED the people here. They have a sign on their door that reads that they are AWESOME. They ARE! The staff there were soooooo friendly - all of them! I had the opportunity to chat with the hygienist Jaime, oh he is such a pleasant and very gentle person when he cleaned my teeth. Dr. Ho was just as nice, and her first comment to me was “How can we help you?” so cute… and Yvonne at the front desk…oh man, sweetheart gem of a person! Loved her! I am dumping the dentist I went to for many years and now this is my new place! The environment makes you want to stay on top of your appointments. I’m actually looking forward to the next one! And no, I didn’t get any gift or incentive to post this. I totally wanted to take the time to do this because they deserve the recognition! What really stood out were the ladies in the front desk. I’ve been to dental offices where there’s a lot of chit chat, and as a patient you feel bad bothering them to make your next appointment, or you just feel awkward when they’re up there gossiping in front of patients, or even texting, but not here. They get a huge A+++++++ for customer service and attentiveness!!!! 💯
