I’ve been a patient at Pacific Dental Center for years, and I can’t recommend them enough! The office is always clean, welcoming, and pleasant, which makes every visit comfortable. The staff here are incredibly patient and kind, always ensuring that I feel cared for and well-informed about my dental care.

Dr. Tang is amazing! His office is equipped with the latest technology, allowing him to perform advanced procedures like same-day crowns—talk about convenience. It’s no wonder that not only I but also most of my family and extended family come here, even traveling from the East Bay. If you’re looking for exceptional dental care in a modern and friendly environment, this is the place to go!

I recently saw Dr. Tang for a routine dental cleaning. He finished in 15 mins, and it was the most painful cleaning I’ve experienced thus far in my life. When I asked him if it was possible he wasn’t being gentle enough, he shrugged it off.

I’m attaching: 1) a photo of my gums immediately afterwards, with open wounds and a large black triangle, as well as 2) a photo of my gums two weeks later. To be clear, my mother was a dental assistant before she retired. I’ve always received excellent care, and I have an idea of how things (should) work.

Because I’m young, much of the damage has healed. This wouldn’t be the case if it were due to bacteria and normal gum recession (Dr. Tang’s explanation), which is typically irreversible.

I won’t be returning. On my first visit, he also negged me on my teeth and tried to refer me to a cosmetic dentist. It made me very uncomfortable.

Overall an excellent experience. I am the type of person that tries to avoid the dentist at all costs, but Dr. Tang and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I've visited the office a handful of times and the quality of work is top-notch. I think this is the go-to place for cosmetic work in the area. The technology and Dr. Tang's knowledge of how to leverage it is second-to-none. I was able to take a couple of pics of the equipment they use! I will continue to visit and recommend my friends to visit Pacific Dental.

My mom went to see Dr. Tang for the very first time, check up and cleaning. Mom had a big abscess from a tooth that was already extended and pushing out pus from the roof of her mouth and Dr. Tang did nothing!!! I was astound that even I, an untrained person, can see how this is a serious problem already after she returned from Dr. Tang's dental visit, and for an elderly person, this type of infection is especially risky for major complications. The pus should have been drained and cleaned immediately and followed by a treatment plan. Instead, my mom had to ask for antibiotics while he send her away.

I was astound how Dr. Tang's handled my mom. Fortunately we were able to find a professional dentist to treat her as an emergency the very next day.

An infection that was this deep rooted should have been diagnosed and treated, not ignored and set aside like Dr. Tang did. It can continue and affect the deep tissues and go up to the bone level we were told. Thankfully we found another doctor to help mom to treat this infection quickly, otherwise she could have been suffering much worse complications.

In my opinion Dr. Tang is a terrible dentist, and he seems careless about his patient's health. If you care about your health, be aware and go somewhere else.

High performance dentist clinic with very reasonable charge. A clean and modern clinic operated by a strongly professional team. The people worked in the front desk are organized. They handled multiple telephone calls and check-in from the patients at the same time in a professional manner. Dr. Tang, my dentist, provided quality service with his excellent experience, skills, knowledge and cool equipment. It is definitely a firm that cares about their clients.

I scheduled with Dr. Tang for filling teeth, but when I arrived Dr. Tang was helping another patient and let another doctor do my filling. I told them I have a heart problem but they didn't notice and want to do 4 teeth filling at the same time. They gave me pain medicine and after my heart started very fast and I felt very uncomfortable and need to rest about 5 minutes. I never have had that bad experience before. Won't suggest anyone who considers visiting their office.
