I had a long but truly rewarding Invisalign journey with Orthoworks, and I highly recommend Dr. Shen. Before committing to this treatment, I consulted several orthodontists and received mixed opinions. Ultimately, I decided to take a leap of faith with Invisalign here. Having lived with crooked teeth for over two decades, I often felt self-conscious about my smile. Fast forward five years, and I’m now smiling confidently and frequently. Reflecting on the experience, I realize how important patience and discipline were to achieving this transformation.

My Invisalign treatment has been fantastic. I knew from the beginning that I picked the right place when Dr. Erin Ma took the time to understand my case and lay out the best treatment plan with such care. I've been in the office and have been taken care of by Shandy who is super professional and attentive. Dr. Ma has been wonderful and provided clear guidance on how best to move forward. I have no doubt you will also be in good hands. The front desk staff have been great in handling appointments and working with my busy schedule.

I didn't see Dr. Fang yesterday, I made an appointment on the 25th, 2:30. This happened twice, (one of them was Dr. Ma), I saw her at the dental clinic, when I made an appointment she asked me who I wanted to see, and my answer was Dr. Fang. Just go to the doctor. Finally got on the phone with your front desk staff (Chinese phone staff) and was forcibly robbed by your dentist. (When I saw the doctor at Covld-19, I saw she put new braces on me, no gloves, super disgusting), I told Dr. Ma at the time. She said we speak very loudly and you can ask the front desk. loud? We are just communicating normally, is she getting revenge?
Is this the way your company does things? very rude. I just want to solve the problem, not make it big, no one supports her, Sindy, a dental assistant, will grab my landline, she's just a dental assistant, (should do her own job) when it's her turn to grab my phone. Dr. Ma told me to go to Milpitas, I live nearby, why should I go far, she doesn't go to Milpitas herself, I don't go to Milpitas, I can't see the doctor twice in Sunnyvale. You told me yourself that you don't work in Sunnyvale, I saw you in the clinic with my own eyes, and I only see a doctor every 4 months, is that normal (once a month in other places). It was made up on the 25th Hook, fell off on the 27th, (repaired by the trainee dental assistant) I am really busy, busy to make up the hook.
Explain, I have never met Dr. Fang, this is the first time to make an appointment with Dr. Fang, and this matter has nothing to do with Dr. Fang.

Shandy, Emily and Thy has been extremely helpful helping me schedule appointments, scanning my teeth and providing me with instructional advice on how to keep them in shape to prepare for the alignment treatment I will soon start.
