I had a cleaning with Pedro today. He was very knowledgeable and professional. 10 out of 10. Normally the hygienist just cleans your teeth and sends you on your way but Pedro made it feel like he was setting me up with a treatment plan to make my teeth look better. Definitely looking forward to my next cleaning.

It was wonderful the young lady that took me back made all the different she warmly greeted me and she made me feel at ease. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but She was so positive and friendly, I will be back and I will tell my friends and co-workers about Ortega dentist. My doctor was very kind and didn't make me feel bad but gave me great suggestions and he explained everything to me.

My experience here has always been positive. I’ve been coming on and off since I was younger and I keep coming back because of the quality of care. My dental assistant today was Ravon and she was great! Overall everyone is friendly, office is clean, and would recommend.

Friendly staff and very nice office with all of the latest state of the art technology. Dentist was very helpful and explained everything. They all really took the time to listen to my concerns and help me with my dental issue. Highly recommend!

Catherine and Iliana manage the front office and are extremely pleasant and welcoming. Going to the dentist isn’t necessarily something most people look forward to or get excited about BUT having warm friendly voices answer the phone and greet you at the door is a great start to having a wonderful experience. The entire staff and experience is wonderful and in today’s world, hard to find. I highly recommend this office.

I had a great experience at my dental cleaning! My hygienist, Pedro was kind and professional. He explained everything and checked in with me to make sure I was doing ok. He had a delightful personality!
Dr Rittenberg was outstanding as he always has been! I will miss him so much and wish him a happy retirement!

From the time we made our appointment till we arrived Catherine and Iliana where amazing. The total experience so far has been amazing and welcoming. I have yet to have my procedure but they have been very accommodating to make me comfortable during whatever I have done. The office is beautiful clean. I definitely would recommend coming to the dentist. I will also update my experience after my procedure. My husband and I came here I got my crown put on after my root canal. They did amazing job and I got the crown the same day. My husband also had a crown and he had a great experience Dominique was the assistant to the Dr Hecker. I highly recommend this office the staff is friendly and makes you feel at home when you walk in the door they know who you are. The office is beautiful and has all the modern technology but most important and absolutely wonderful staff and a great experience

Appt for cleaning - work completed well. Not overly happy with something new called implant maintenance which added 128.82 to my bill. I have had implants for at least 25 years and had never heard of this procedure. It appeared to be an expanded cleaning and was not explained why it was necessary, or asked if I desired the procedure.
