Wanted to change my child appointment... no call back from admin dept. Regarding change of appointment. Recieved an call from the secretary or admin Rebecca at 2pm regarding she doesn't appreciate leaving an bad review. She stated their on an lunch break. I stated to her on their website doesn't concur any lunch break schedule. She wasn't concern about scheduling my son appointment so I asked if I could speak with the manager. Not only did I explain to the owner the orchid dental care 925 secret Dr doesn't state employees lunch break but I didn't get to schedule an appointment for my child with receptionist. Owner helped schedule the appoint for my child.

My son has had the best experience at this dental office. He has had to have dental work done in the past and has become very anxious and nervous when it comes to the dentist, even for a routine check up and x-rays. His first appointment with Orchard Dental has given him some ease. They were patient with him and talked things through with him. He has had three visits with him and it has made a difference.

Love love love this place I am a single mother of 5 who’s terribly terrified of the dentist myself but they took very good care of my babies. The receptionist is amazing she was able to get my kids insurance transferred in time for their appointment. We got in & out of their office pain free & everyone was satisfied! This is the best dentistry I have been to. The staff are all wonderful especially Dr. Saini. He did my implants and I feel as if everything is normal. I live in Union City but I love to drive out to either one of his clinics. My friend recommended me and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

It was truly a pleasurable visit, and I felt cared for by everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the DDS. Everyone is very knowledgeable, and they answered all my concerns thoroughly. Very excited to find a great dental team.

This dentist office is super cool! I called early this morning and was helped in a timely manner. It was a great experience and could tell the nurse had a smile on her face the whole time helping me!

Also after I was a little late I was able to give them a call and they were so understanding and my child still got to enjoy her appointment with a smile. The first time she's really been okay at a dentist office and that takes the stess off of me knowing it will be easy peasy taking her! ? Thank You Dr.Amarpreet and the lovely ladies he works with! You guys are awesome and have a life-long patient! (:
