I am happy to write this review. Chris is wondering, he is very compassionate, caring, and thorough. He sat with me and explained everything, asking me questions and listened. I referred my daughter to him and she also had a wonderful experience. The office staff is very kind. I honestly don’t fear going to the doctor as he is not judgmental but feels like you are talking to a friend. He actually looks at you when having a conversation. He turns his computer around while explaining your test results, so you understand everything. I 100% recommend him and this office.

I am so completely overwhelmed with positive-ness of my care after seeing Nicole Calma at OPTUM Primary Care, in Sun City for a couple of visits. She is one sharp gal, very caring and so easy to talk with. I wish I could see her as time goes on, but my insurance changes next week. She is amazing. I will honestly miss her and the rest of the crew at that office. 🤧😏❤️❤️

The office in sun city is very efficient. My pcp is excellent and her MA shannon is a treasure. Calls are always answered in a timely matter. I wish i lived closer so could do in office visits. Telehealth has been very useful to me due to mobility issues. Thank you Dr. Nicole and shannon.

If I could leave a negative 20 stars I would. Nicole doesn’t follow through with her patients in finding solutions to the issues they are having. I was referred to this office because my fathers doctor in Illinois went to college with Dr Bahtka but have only seen him on our first visit. I am now going to find a much better place to bring my father to as this office is terrible. The only helpful person I spoke to was Adam, the MA

AWFUL to communicate with. They do not EVER pick up the phone. I have been on hold literally for over an hour on multiples of occasions. I have left voice messages for them to call me back. They never call me back either! I can only ever get through by calling other Optum offices and asking (begging) them to help me! I like my doctor but I’ve reached the end of my rope with this office and their non-responsiveness.
