Dr. Lan Dinh is amazing! Let’s be honest—no one enjoys getting dental work done, but his team makes the experience so much better. They are incredibly hospitable and knowledgeable, always ready to answer any questions. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and the procedures I had, including root canals on my front teeth, were handled smoothly and within the promised timeframe. A particularly thoughtful touch is how Dr. Lan Dinh personally follows up with a call or text the next day to check on how you're feeling. I highly recommend Ontario River Arch Dental—it’s truly a top-notch dental office!

I booked an appointment for a general dental check-up with the office because I was having some sensitivity when eating certain foods. I hadn't had dental work done in ages because I'm terrified of dental drills, but the staff and Dr. Dinh made it a more comforting experience. I am very happy my treatment results. They are super friendly and give very helpful advice for oral hygiene care. Even if you’re the type who dreads going to the dentist, whether it's for regular maintenance or an emergency, this is where you want to be. I’m
still awaiting for my deep cleaning to be approved. The staff also put me on a period maintenance scheduled for every 3 months. That's a good start to ensuring my teeth and gums stay clean healthy.

I have several dental consultations to rectify my oral health and found Dr. Lan Dinh’s conservative dental treatment was competitively priced. My overall experience at his office has been both positive and effortless. The office staff were professional, caring and answered all my questions with ease. I just finalize my dental implants. The results were amazing. I highly recommend them, especially if you have dental emergency. The team is very flexible with scheduling compared to other dental offices.

My wisdom teeth were bothering me. But my current dentist did not address the discomfort I was experiencing on and off. A colleague at work recommended his dentist to me. That's how I got connected to Dr. Dinh office. Dr. Lan Dinh, who has been taking care of his family's dental care forms years. Dr. Dinh was very calm and walked me through all the possible side effects of the surgical procedure. I felt comfortable and had much confidence in Dr. Dinh's expertise and training. The procedure itself didn't take long, and afterward, I didn't feel too much pain. Overall, I had a very positive experience.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Lan Dinh for all your dental needs.

I highly recommend Dr. Dinh for all your dental care. Moved to Ontario area several years ago, I looked for a dental office near me for my family, found River Arch Dental and Dr. Dinh has been taking care of our family’s dental needs since.
In January this year, my father had Dr. Dinh make a bridge to replace missing teeth. The front desk lady confirmed his insurance beforehand, provided him the exact cost and then the office did the perfect work in a timely manner. The bridge looks very esthetic and very natural looking. Most Importantly there was no pain during and after process. An all around great experiences. I believe I found the best dentist.

Don’t come here if you want to be comfortable. I came here for an exam because I’ve been struggling with poor dental hygiene due to health problems.I informed them of this and even told them I was scared of the dentist. After being told I would be paying over $900 for just my cavities I started crying to my partner while waiting for the rest of the total, mind you there’s nobody else in here and prior to this she told me if I didn’t get these very expensive operations I would lose all my teeth. Receptionist tells me to step outside because “I’m making her nervous” despite me doing nothing but expressing to my bf how I can’t afford this while crying. When I came back inside she proceeded to tell me “I won’t operate while you’re crying, I’ll be like just no because you’re making me nervous” despite the fact that she wouldn’t be operating on me regardless because I need sedation which she was the one that informed me they don’t do. She had no type of empathy even though everyone would get emotional if they were told they’d lose all their teeth if they didn’t get very expensive procedures. Awful place there’s a reason it’s empty. Would give 0 stars

Came in for emergency dental work because I needed to have a wisdom tooth removed. It was done extremely quickly and without having to sedate me. No pain during or after the procedure. Very skillful.

I walked out of the waiting room, something in me told me to get out of there. I'm the one who had to call and confirm my appointment and then they pushed it back two times. When I got there, the Dr came in all rushed with a tray of Starbucks, and there was already 2 people in the waiting room who haven't been seen yet. Awkward appointment making and awkward check in once there. The back looked very cluttered with papers everywhere. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
