Friendly, professional, clean dental office. Very gentle with the kids. Kid friendly. My 4 yr old loves going to the dentist. My 8 yr old is on the spectrum, and the staff is understanding and accommodating.

Horrible overall experience. Office is obviously only after your money. They rescheduled me last minute and then had to delay my treatment because of their lunch break. Then made me get a much more expensive treatment then I was originally told. The front office staff is also extremely ghetto and rude. Do not go here.

I have been going here for several years - I have had a few different hygienist as they seem to only stay for a couple of years. The negative is that you have to wait months to get an appointment. I book my appointments 6 months in advance - after each cleaning - this month I had to re-schedule my appointment - not for social reasons - I had another pressing medical procedure that had to be done the same day as my upcoming appointment - when I called to re-schedule I can't get an appointment for 4 months! The same happened to a friend who goes here. They are understaffed for the number of patients they have.

I have been bringing my son here for 13 years. I have to fill out a million forms every single time. But now they charge you for a missed appointment that is not canceled before 48 hours, but they will cancel and re schedule your appointment as they wish without compensation. This place was once good. Now they just turned into a money monster. Not about the care of the patient or regards to the customer.

Dr. Cantrell is the BEST! I bring my 5 Kids to her and they love how comfortable she makes them feel. I also recommend her to friends and family. They all have nothing but good things to say and immediately make her their primary dentist. I will never go elsewhere.

Been coming to this office for over ten years. The staff are friendly and the hygienists are very nice which keeps me going there. But the billing mishaps that happen here are tiresome to the point that I don't want to come here anymore. They don't check your insurance properly and then next thing you know you are getting billed when they had told you it was covered 100 percent. Tired of having to call them and my insurance because of the billing issues.

Been a patient for 7 years. Not the same as when I started. For years it was a friendly inviting environment with all the same people - almost like a family. But then a couple years ago things changed and the Riverside partnership management seems to have changed and things started going down hill. Several employees leaving unhappy. They FIRED my favorite hygienist for not pushing unnecessary coatings and procedures to make them more money - will always be ANGRY about that. Now there is nobody left from the good old days.
I love Dr Sugiono and he provides the best quality products and services but the fact is that I can no longer afford to be a patient there... VERY EXPENSIVE!
Before insurance, that pays less than half of my total... they want over $4,000.00 for one crown with root canal on one tooth!
And no more friendly personable staff like it used to be.
Yes, he may be the best dentist I've ever had... but I just can't afford him...
I guess it's time to look around and see what else is out there. Just have to be discriminating... and still so angry about getting rid of so many people for not pushing what most of them considered unnecessary products that I wasn't ever going to pay for anyway.

The staff at Oasis are always so friendly and responsive to my family's needs. The provider personal, warm reminders of upcoming appointments. Recently, my wife had a toothache and they were able to get her in same day and help alleviate her pain. This would've been five stars, however, all the information I receive is second hand. Thank you Oasis.
