I always have a great experience when I am here. The staff is amazing. The hygienist and dentist are very thorough and explain it all to you. I used to have high anxiety going to any dentist. Here I have no fear as they are kind and walk you through every step. Highly recommend.

I had my new patient exam with Dr. Navarrete and Andrea today, and they were a great team! Oak Tree Dental was referred to me by some friends of mine who go there. The Doctor answered all of my questions I had about my treatment; they were very clear about the timeline and what to expect, which made the whole process so much easier for me. Thank you to Dr. Navarrete and his team for being so friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time they took to make my visit so comfortable. Highly recommend! 🙂

Oak Tree Dental is awesome. Dr. Gratos and his whole team are great. They’re super friendly and professional. The office is nice and their operation is really organized. I’ve never waited for more than 5 minutes for an appointment. The care is great, they’re always very clear with their recommendations and are excellent about educating you on oral hygiene and treatment plans etc…highly recommend!

Bait and switch on the quote for services. The receptionist, Monique told me the initial exam would have a copay of $50 and the insurance would cover the rest. I told her that it had been less than 6 months since my last exam (at another dentist). I told her that I had no problem waiting for the full 6 months to set up this appointment, but she said that this would not matter (regarding my cost) because her Dr., Dr Grado would be a new dentist for me, thus the 6 month time wait would not apply. Before the appointment, I again asked her to verify that my cost would be $50, given my (less than 6 month) situation. She re-affirmed my cost would only be $50, which I paid during the visit. When I later received the extra $100 bill, I spoke with the dentist, Dr. Grado about the additional cost, he said that I had signed the agreement that I'm responsible for anything the insurance doesn't cover, thus I had to pay the balance $100. He disregarded his receptionist's $50 doubly confirmed quote and said it's a "he said - she said - my word against her's" issue. I know the $100 balance due is not much, but for me it's the principal. If Oak Tree Dental or any other company quotes a clear verbal price, they should honor it (regardless of their boiler plate online agreement). They should honor their word. It was the receptionist's mistake that caused this issue. This is a matter of integrity. Honor your word please.

I'm a pretty tough mama EXCEPT when it comes to the dentist (ok and ticks too but who's not afraid of those!) I embarrassingly went wayyyyy too long without dental care out of fear. Rather getting cavities than go back.
I was referred to Oaktree for that very reason and can not be more grateful. They are so, so kind. Never making me feel bad having gone so long and very attentive to my fear. Communicating everything they are doing before they do it, checking in constantly, and taking breaks for deep breaths when needed. Oaktree's helping get my dental needs back on track while making me feel comfortable and confident about going back. Big nonjudgmental, kind, nurturing sweethearts.

I have been going to the same dentist office for 56 years and he retired. I had great referrals from a friend for Dr.Grados.and his staff. So hard going to someone new but they did everything to make me comfortable. All very nice and explained everything. Also Dr. Grados took his time with me and never seemed to be in a hurry. Would recommend him and his friendly office highly. Had a lengthy procedure today and Dr. Grados did a wonderful job. He is so kind.
Today I went for two crowns. Dr. Grados makes them there . No temporary’s, no coming back for permanents. Amazing and meticulous.
