Our experience was phenomenal. I have a very reserved child who is quiet and sensitive. Dr. DeSimini was so personal and took great care to make sure my 6 year old daughter was comfortable and well informed of what to expect. The experience was so gentle and warm that my daughter handled the appointment beautifully and was so pleased to receive some treasures at the end. It was a great experience compared to what we had in the past. I am so glad we transferred to Novato Children’s Dentistry.

They were kind and patient with all 3 of my kids. The Dentist spent time with us going over the kids’ diets and routines for better cavity prevention, (and she did it in a very genuine/caring way with reasonable goals, not the standard dentist speak of “brush, floss, & don’t eat sugar… ever.”).

My kids were all pleased following their visits. They are a professional practice but also balanced the challenges of pediatric patients brilliantly. Novato Children’s Dentistry is top notch.

If you need a pediatric dentist this is your spot! My daughter has been with this practice for a couple of years and we have had nothing but incredible experiences. Every member of the staff is kind, patient and very welcoming. I highly recommend either amazing doctor at this facility.

This office is a gem! My child had an emergency visit, and from me texting requesting an appointment to leaving the office and aftercare, the staff was wonderful and very patient! They really made my child comfortable, spending time getting to know him and explaining every step. I can’t recommend this practice enough, I am so thankful they made the experience positive.

I just switched to this practice. Onboarding was efficient, and my 2 and 4 year old did very well and loved the dentist. Everything is organized and well run, and I trusted the dentist’s expertise and medical opinions. She was great with my kids! I’m glad we chose this practice.

Dr. Espinosa is the most caring, patient and knowledgeable dentist we could have ever asked for our two toddlers! She made both of their first dentists appointments such a great experience to get them on the right track with their dental health. She was even gracious enough to fit my daughter in for a same day appointment when I thought she might have had a cavity (my mistake, it was food!) Despite being pretty confident it wasn’t a cavity based on the picture and description I gave, she still made some time to see her so I could be put at ease. Joe at the front desk is also so accommodating, friendly and professional. He is always such a joy on the phone and in person! I am very thankful to have found Dr. Espinosa and her team, and would highly recommend her for your kids!

My daughter loves coming to Dr. Espinosa's office. She's not crazy about getting her sealants done but she feels comfortable with the team and speaking up about any pain or problems she's having with her teeth. There has been some change there, sadly Joe has moved on and he will be missed but the new Office Manager seems very nice. There is also a new Dentist and she is also wonderful! I can't remember her name but wanted to give a shout out to her because my daughter thought she was very nice and was "as good as Dr. Espinosa."

Every visit with Dr Espinosa has been great for us. She and her whole staff are extremely patient, attentive, kind and throughout. Their calm and supportive demeanor for our son who is pretty anxious during his visits, is beyond amazing. I can’t recommend them enough for pediatric dental care.
