From the front desk and hygienists to Dr. Ward we always feel welcome as soon as we walk in the door! Staff is great with both my kids and they can't wait to come back for the next check up, which I never thought I'd be saying. We're super thankful to have found them!

We love this office! We are so glad to be back in Arkansas so our son can go to Dr. Ward and staff, again! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist is phenomenal! Our son has serious anxiety about the dentist/doctor. He is hyperactive, a talker, a mover, and a shaker, but they were so kind and patient with him. They are all about making your child love going to the dentist. Highly recommend this office, especially for kiddos that need a little extra encouragement.

My children have been seeing Dr. Platt for the last 5 years and the care they receive from Northwest Arkansas Pediatric Dentistry is outstanding! We have regularly driven 45 minutes to our appointments (because it's worth it!) and currently live out of state and still travel back to receive care and services with this team because of the love, attention, and expertise they show our children each visit. The front office staff greet my children by name and remember our unique circumstances at check in. The dental hygienists are gracious and patient with our children's care and attention needs. And cleanings and services are something that our kids look forward to and enjoy each time!

I have one child with some special medical and social/emotional needs and those are anticipated and addressed in each visit at every level of staffing. Dr. Platt came to understand my daughter's clinical needs when they were dismissed by another dentist in an outside clinic. He followed through with specialty care and supported us through multiple diagnoses over several years. He is comprehensive in supporting our educational needs as parents on how to best care for her unique situation, and shows her compassion and respect while she processes her appointments.

While they have gone above and beyond for our family, I know that we are not unique in how NWA Pediatric Dentistry serves all of the families in Fayetteville (and beyond). Grateful they are on our kiddos' clinical team!
