I recently had a root canal procedure, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

The root canal itself was surprisingly comfortable. After the root canal, I opted for tooth bleaching, and I am thrilled with the results! My tooth is back to its original color and my smile is back.

My experience with Dr. Katherine was fantastic. Her bedside manner is calm, gentle and compassionate. Her technique is pain free, which is important to me. She explained the procedure and what to expect when healing. What a wonderful experience!!
Her staff was very professional and polite. I didn’t have to wait but a few minutes before being called back. The office itself was beautiful, open and clean. I will use them for any Endodontic needs going forward, and will recommend Dr. Katherine to friends and family. Kudos!!

Dr. Townsend and her team made a root canal as pleasant as one could be. The office is conveniently located off of Walton close to the interstate. The receptionist was very welcoming and is complimented by the lobby’s relaxing atmosphere. I felt my time and comfort was a top priority. I’m only giving this place 1 star because there is no option for 0. My daughter had a consult with this place for a root canal today. She recently found out she was pregnant and when I called to see if a root canal could still be done I was told not if she’s pregnant because they can’t take X-rays. When I said we needed to cancel the appointment the receptionist became very hateful because today’s appointment wasn’t for the actual root canal but just a consult for a root canal. Why have a consult for a procedure that cannot be performed for at least another 8 months? This place does not seem to be about the patient but about the paycheck. Just based off the receptionists attitude I definitely would not recommend

O K, no one praises a root canal but… Dr Townsend and her more than capable assistant instilled confidence into a fraidy cat today. From the pats on the shoulder to Dr Emily humming a quietly singing to the backround music, these girls made my procedure unexpectedly good!
