This dental practice is very friendly, professional, and treats you like family. Kari at the reception desk is phenomenal at ensuring all appointment and insurance needs are met. Dr. Jackson and her team are amazing. I have had multiple cleanings and most recently a crown. I am very sensitive, bruise easily, and am allergic to several things, including latex. The staff is very accommodating and go out of their way to ensure I have the best and most comfortable experience possible. My latest experience with the crown went perfectly. No pain, bruising, swelling, or sensitivity!! I highly recommend North Valley Family Dentist.

I’ve been coming to this office for a few years since it was Devoted Dental. I’ve normally had good experiences with this new office and the font desk lady is amazing (Kari). Todays experience was great the hygienist was sweet and efficient with her job except for the fact I did not see the dentist. After my scheduled cleaning I kept sitting on the dentist chair waiting about 40 mins to see the dentist before I decided it was time to go home. Normally I would of waited but after being at the dentist for 1.5 hrs I couldn’t be there any longer.

It's too bad that the experience I've had during procedures were great but Kari up front has been unfortunately terrible to work with. She told me I had benefits left with insurance so I booked 2 procedures. Turned out I didn't have any and stuck now paying out of pocket receiving a random bill 12 mos after the procedure. I was told that they had no one doing billing. Somehow after speaking to another rep there they said I was double billed and to not pay the balance until I speak with my insurance however Kari continues to just want me to pay it anyways. She doesn't seem to care that there was an error on their billing side or sorting it out. I'm going to follow up with insurance instead and find a new dentist. Beware- they are not organized up front!

A genuinely good practice with genuinely good and compassionate people. I’m in an odd situation where I have to get dental work done in a short window of time and to accommodate, Dr Jackson herself did my cleaning. The personable nature of everyone on staff is refreshing in a world where most medical professionals are cold and aloof. I can’t recommend this practice enough.
