The personnel are friendly and efficient in doing their assignments. My dental hygienist, Jasmine, was thorough in attending to my teeth and gums. She kept me informed on what she was seeing and doing. An excellent communicator. I left my visit more knowledgeable and feeling like I was given a new opportunity at maintaining my dental health. The people at north Bay are professional and kind. I don’t not like most dental procedures because the people don’t make you feel comfortable. This is not true at North Bay.
