This was my first visit the staff was nice and friendly. I had a short wait to see the doctor. Dr. Moore is my kind of dentist he's nice and funny. He explained to me what's going on with my teeth, he gave me options that could take. He was honest about everything and I like that. Nurse Tracy very nice

Highly recommend a very caring doctor. Dr Duncan has taken over my dental care from my longtime dentist who recently retired. It was a rough start for her as my first visit with her she had to tell me that I had a molar that could not be saved. She has been so kind and caring throughout a most upsetting health event for me. She fitted me with a partial denture and then has taken over my Invisalign care with a revision for my lower arch. She will have me in a stronger retainer for my lower arch in a few weeks, so they won’t shift again.

It was Great in seeing Susanne and Carolyn at my appointment. Susanne’s wit is very comforting and makes my experience very special. In passing, I was given that my dear friend was leaving the practice. We have been friends for a very long time, I will miss her, warmth and kindness. I wish her all happiness with her new journey and adventures in the future and hope to see her again someday in our passing. I will miss you Carolyn, it will not be the same without you. J

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Moore was great to deal with and explained what I needed to have done, really professional. Being that I am on Medicare they worked with me concerning what the allowances were and what I could have done this calendar year. I would highly recommend North Alabama Dentistry for anyone looking for a new dentist.

Minimal wait time ... easily accommodated special circumstances caused by Monday holiday/appointment ... Professional, knowledgeable, and personable Staff, using state of the art equipment, quickly identified issues, developed treatment options, and clearly explained the situation ... all questions were addressed and answered to my satisfaction without any hint of time constraints or pressure.

The staff, dental hygienists and Doctors are extremely kind and excellent at their duties. I felt comfortable and my dental anxieties at ease. They provided me with a care plan and listened to my concerns. Very warm experience. As I am very fearful of the dentist they asked me if I was okay and took the time to explain things to me before and while they are happening. I am very appreciative of this care. It makes me want to go back to the dentist.

I enjoyed my visit today! The staff was very friendly and welcoming! My dental hygienist ( I believe her name was Samantha?) was wonderful! She answered all of my questions in a very understanding matter. Dr. Duncan was wonderful and so nice!!
