All the staff and provider that I interacted with from the receptionist, assistants and provider could not have been any nicer. This was so important to me because I have been hesitating to have a procedure done and my fears were addressed with compassion and caring and patience. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Staff were nice and pleasant until the periodontist came in and did my examine and after refusing the treatment he recommend everything changed. He talked to me like I was dumb. He was smirky when my questions were answered. I felt very pressured. Very uncomfortable. Was very disappointed as he was highly recommended. I am not a fan of the dentist in the first place. He didn’t go over other options. It was a bone graft or nothing at all. He was more concerned about his excellent reviews and how he does the procedure everyday. Good for you because you are not putting no cadaver bones in me. I walked out of the office holding back tears . If you like to be treated like you’re dumb or feel pressured absolutely go to him. if not, stay the hell away

Professional. Great communication. Dr. Basali listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. To me he seems to be one of the best for successfully treating periodontal issues. I am very satisfied so far. Staff is friendly and very thorough. Highly recommend.

I had a great time visiting this place today. The staff, Tonia and Dr. Basali were really nice, helpful, and friendly. My appointment was for 1 hour but I had to leave early because of my work, they helped me with that, too. I was so grateful for everything they helped me with!! They are super amazing!!
