I posted a legitimate review a couple of weeks ago, but I don't see it now. These people are not honest at all. I only shared what happened in my experience, nothing extra.I am going to re-post.

DO NOT go to Bahrami's (Navid Bahrami) place!!!!!

It was the worst experience I've ever had

The location seemed unsafe with a few homeless individuals loitering near their entrance .

They only have two staff members and one dentist. Both staff members were very unprofessional and looked like they didn't know what they were doing. They seemed like low-class people from the street who lacked customer service skills.

Please be careful about their claims that this place is not trustworthy. I had a regular cleaning appointment a couple of months ago in 2024. They billed my insurance for a deep cleaning.
I talked to Manager about this issue and she said come back again and they will do it for deep cleaning. Yes, I went there a 2nd time on 26 April 2024 to have a deep cleaning. Guess what
I was in their dentist's chair before the procedure. I asked the Dentist simple question if the deep cleaning would be done under my numb gums, He became angry and then threatened me, stating that he could numb my whole body if I wanted to. I was shocked to hear from the Dentist
I felt very uncomfortable with him but I didn't say anything back to him.
The dentist and two staff members were VERY RUDE. One staff member, who had tattoos on both her arms (I don't know her name), yelled at me to leave their location and told me to find another dentist.
I did not receive any service on that day. I had taken the day off from my job for this appointment, and it ended up being a waste of my time and energy. When I asked the staff to speak to the manager they repeatedly told me the manager was unavailable. Manager did not follow up at all.

Another issue was they also claimed my insurance four times last year. My insurance company told me that they received four claims from this place in 2023. I didn't go there in 2023. I've never heard anything like this before in my life. I suspect it's fraud.

I should have read the "Yelp" review before coming here. The reviews from other customers were correct. This place is a SCAM ; they want MORE money from the insurance. They overcharge for insurance without your knowledge.

I was extremely disappointed with their unprofessional behavior and poor customer service.
I hope that other patients don't have to face similar issues of both misleading claims and poor customer service with them.

Don't waste your time going there and dealing with these people.It's not worth it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Wish I could give this office zero stars! DO NOT GO HERE!!! The owners wife was terrible. Unpleasant and rude. I asked to speak with a manager and SHE SAID I OWN THIS PRACTICE! NEVER AGAIN...and I almost chocked while getting impressions because the goop they use was way too thick!!!

Got scheduled for a cleaning over the phone. Came in and was told that I was only getting an x-ray done and had to reschedule for a cleaning. What a waste of time. Might have to find another dentist. Any recommendations? Thanks

To many different dentist, poor quality of their work, charge me twice for the one procedure. I'll never go back!
