We had a great experience with this office. My husband needed a root canal and our dentist couldn’t get him in for 3 1/2 weeks and I was referred to Dr. Hinkley by friends as my husband was in a lot of pain. Dr. Hinkley’s office was able to get him in on Monday (I called on Friday). The front office staff was really nice and welcoming. We have had some follow up visits to check tooth and they really made us feel like they cared. I highly recommend this office.

I had an appointment with Dr. Hinckley for a root canal, due to some scheduling issues he saw me on a SUNDAY, yes a Sunday. I was fully prepared to get a root canal, but after testing my tooth for about 20 minutes and doing some X-rays, he recommended me to get a crown first, he said that if that doesn’t work we can move forward at a later date with the canal, post crown if needed. He could have easily done the root canal, collected his money and moved on. Obviously a root canal should be last resort. I appreciate his honesty and bed side manner, and not just being a money grab Endodontist. Highly recommend Dr. Hinckley and his staff!

I don’t like anything being done in my mouth…. With that said, Dr. Hinckley and his whole team made me feel comfortable, heard and informed me on every step that was going to happen and my procedure and healing went smoother than what they prepared me for.
Thank you front desk ladies for the warm welcome in a situation where I was nervous. Thank you techs for seating me and for being able to read my mind with suctioning during the procedure and thank you Dr. Hinckley for making it a smooth and song 🎵 filled procedure!

I needed a root canal so I was referred to Dr. Nathan Hinckley. He and his team are absolutely wonderful. Chelsea was the first person I first made contact with and she is awesome. Everyone on his team is kind, understanding and so personable. I felt totally at ease, even though I was afraid of getting a root canal.
The amazing part is after the root canal I didn’t need to take any pain medication, not even after the anesthesia wore off and I was really thinking I’d have some pain, but I had absolutely none. Today is the next day and it’s like I never had a root canal. I highly recommend Dr. Hinckley, he really is the best endodonist I’ve ever been too…

Absolutely wonderful endodontist and staff! I was totally relaxed and felt dignified by his treatment from beginning to end. He also handled everything with precision and was very attentive to my comfort levels. Pleasant conversation and atmosphere. At one point I actually got a little sleepy during my root canal near the end, can you believe that! All I had was local anesthesia! I still only have tenderness from the shots and a bit of jaw pain. That's it! Thank you guys!

I can't say enough about how incredible Dr Hinckley and his staff were! I was dreading a root canal. They were so caring and professional. He told me what was going on during the root canal and asked how I was doing during the procedure. The office staff was so encouraging and helpful. They answered my call after hours too! Dr. Hinckley is amazing. I was very anxious going in. He made me feel very at ease and as comfortable as possible. He was very patient with me and attentive to my needs. If you are a nervous patient he is definitely the one to go to. I am one day post root canal and have no pain at all. I cannot say enough about Dr. Hinckley and his staff. Absoultely wonderful experience from start to finish.
