I have extreme anxiety around dentists. After going in today so see Dr. Nataliya, I feel like I could get my teeth worked on all the time. The office is small and very homey, and both receptionist are incredibly kind and understanding. Dr. Nataliya didn't have an assistant today so she did EVERYTHING herself which was really refreshing to see. Not only that but I've haven't been to the dentist for years and when we were speaking she didn't judge my oral hygiene for a minute. She was incredibly kind and understanding herself and explained to me every x-ray, every possible issue, and even every viable solution. When I got my cleaning done, the dental technician was incredibly kind, she took as much time as possible, listened to everything I said, and even paid attention to my facial expressions to make sure I was comfortable. She asked me every few minutes if everything was okay and she really put in a lot of effort in making sure she got everything clean. She gave me plenty of suggestions on how to streamline my dental hygiene without a hint of judgement in her voice. ABSOLUTELY 10/10 SERVICE.

Dr Vorobets is an excellent dentist. She is knowledgeable, experienced and honest. For routine dental cleaning and deep cleaning, her hygienist, Angelia, is one in a million. Compassionate, careful and skilled in her work, she almost magically tunes into the needs of the patient. If it is possible to have a good experience at the dentist (which I would never have believed before) then it is here. The assistant to Dr. Vorobets, Nicole, is also a wonderful person, friendly and relaxed. If you are old like me and have had bad experiences with dentistry then this might change your mind about the experience.

Dr. Nataliya recently did a dental implant for me - probably a dreaded procedure for anyone. However Dr. Nataliya and her staff made it very comfortable and relatively painless, much better than I had expected for a procedure like that. She and her staff are all very meticulous, organized, professional, and pleasant. I could not ask for a better experience! I've been a patient there since she opened her practice in Sebastopol, for routine care, and now this. I highly recommend her!
