I took my son to Dr. Shiba for x-rays and an evaluation. Her front office staff greeted me right away, and was efficient, courteous and friendly. Dr. Shiba was patient, thorough and kind in her explanations and instructions, making sure that my son and I both understood the nature of my son's condition and treatment options. An added bonus was her ability to explain clearly the role and results of proper dental hygiene, so that my son now has added a regular flossing regimen to his daily maintenance routine of brushing and rinsing. I am very grateful to Dr. Shiba for this experience.
