I’ve been waiting about a year to have my 7 cavities filled due to my insurance. Muscogee dentist was able to see me and the staff was able to get me an appointment for a reasonable time frame & start my dental work. I’m so happy now because no other dentist was seeing adults with my insurance & All staff were very nice. I highly recommend this Dentist.

I love my dentist! Dr. Trice has excellent bedside manner! Very knowledgeable, listens to concerns, and sets realistic expectations! The staff are friendly and accommodating! The office is clean and very sanitary!

I love Dr. Trice. This was the first time a dentist didn't hurt me. My kids love her, and they look forward to going to the dentist. She's our family dentist. I split a tooth in the back of my mouth down to the root when I was 33 weeks pregnant. My OB cleared me so I could have my dental work done. She was a blessing to our family.

Yea it's a no for me, I use to like this place. But lately I have been getting the run around. I've been rescheduled so much that my tooth got worse and now I need root canal. These office hours are ridiculous and a inconvenience. I made 1 appt to get a filling. I went in to get my filling just for them to reschedule me for a filling...like huh? That's y im here! Currently looking for a new office for me and my kids.

My 5 year old was terrified of the dentist due to a bad experience prior to this office. Rachel took her time and made my daughter feel comfortable. Now my little is excited to go visit. Definitely recommend!

I use to love this dental office but after Covid it’s be chaos I’m really upset my mouth is so much pain due to getting the run around of this office. I was told dentist could pull wisdom tooth with small cavity went to appointment to be told they would have to see if she could they would call me. Nobody never called I had to keep calling when I finally got in contact with someone to ask if she could I was told yes. Came to a second appointment to be told I’ll be referred to a oral surgeon who could get me on quick I was upset because now my tooth in terrible pain I called oral surgeon to only be told they couldn’t get me in for a consultation until two weeks later. I go in for the consultation whole bigger and hurts when u eat to get told only available appointment next month at end of the month. I called dentist to make aware of mouth in pain and was advised by teenager they would call back no one reached out to me. I reached out to one employee whom told me because I told them I was switching dentist because their unorganized that she would have to see if they could get me pain pills because they don’t have my records because I said I didn’t want to be a patient less than a month ago never heard of any professional office saying anything of a such left a bad taste in my mouth and now I’m going to the ER. Every professional office retain records for a time period patient or not but definitely will be finding a new dentist because this was just wrong seems like some vindictive act because I don’t no longer be a patient so they won’t give meds of a tooth they started with and led me to believe they could pull it and that i had no worries oral surgeon can get me in ASAP. As long as I had been a patient there like since 2017 -2021 my kids and I. I’m dissatisfied

The most unprofessional place i have experienced since moving to Georgia. They didn't send a confirmation email or courtesy call reminding me about the about to begin with. On the day of the appointment they call me an hour before the appointment to ask if I can come in early. I say yes. I proceed to get me and my toddler dressed for her appointment and head out the house. I get another call asking am I on my way to the appointment or if I need to reschedule. I said I am on my way at this time being rushed to come early for the convenience of the staff and the doctor because they were in no way thinking of the patient they were thinking of themselves and ready to leave work early! They proceed to call me a THIRD time as I am 5 mins away to tell me they are recheduling my appointment. Mind you I am still early from my original appointment time. I am completely Astonished by this behaivor and i will NEVER go to or recommend anyone to step foot in this place.
