This was my first visit to Morro Bay Family Dentistry but my son has been here for a couple years now and his always spoke highly Of their overall performance.

Very warm, welcoming lots of friendly staff members.

My appointment timing was very efficient.

The office itself was very clean and the parking lot had lots of parking.

Angie, the Dental hygienist was very personable professional, precise, and gentle.

My experience here with Dr. Ratchford and the team was the first time I felt like I was receiving actual healthcare. No judgement and no pushy sales. Each staff member is incredibly skilled in their profession (seriously, the best hygienist in the US is here).

Everyone is very knowledgeable and there is an intense dedication towards your personal needs and goals. I spent quite some time here, fully booked in consultation, analysis, learning, and cleaning. I left feeling like I received a masterclass in oral hygiene.

In addition, the office is SO cozy. I never thought I'd consider a dental visit "zen", but I was very relaxed the entire time.
