I've known Dr. Bao for only a week and can say that I've had the most wonderful experience. I had the worst tooth pain and needed a root canal unfortunately and they did their best to get me in the same day and then booked my follow up appointment in the same week. He solved my pain in 2 days and I'm so thankful that he made time for me. Highly recommend this office!

never waited over 10 minutes. usually with in 5 minutes. Amazing work for never over or double booming.
my parents have been with Dr. Bao for years. He has extensive experience in routine care, filling. extraction and many others. He is very skillful in all of the procedures he performs. He never requires any unnecessary procedures or product's to patients and never over charge!

My son had been needing oral surgery for a while, but because my son suffers from PTSD, no other dentist felt comfortable treating him, and or no other place was willing to sedate him completely. But once we had his initial appointment and we discussed our options with the Doctor, it seemed to good to be true.. About 2 weeks my son had his oral surgery and it went great, he was sedated and says he didn't feel a thing. This place is awesome and I recommended to anyone.

I had a split tooth and made 3 different dental appointments. Every office made different diagnoses and proposals.
Dr. Boa Nguyen and his staff were the best, honest, skilled, and experienced. They removed the broken portion and I am completely pain-free and truly indebted to them.

I've been in OC for a couple of years and had a hard time finding a dentist. I'm quite picky/particular but I had a great experience with Dr. Bao and the rest of the Morning Dental team! They thoroughly explained each procedure and were very attentive. I was also brought in immediately with little to no wait and my appointment started on time! This is so RARE because I am used to sitting in the waiting room at other offices for at least half an hour after my appointment time even if there's only one other patient there. They also have COVID precautions in place so I felt very safe! My only complaint is that google maps told me that the office was on the right side of the plaza when it was actually on the left! please fix this google haha

I love the dentist and the staff. They are very nice and helpful. Our insurance had changed and we had to change dentist, it was horrible. But the next year the insurance changed back and I couldn't have called quick enough to get an appointment. I would definitely recommend Crystal Dental to anyone and everyone!!!

*Caution* Proceed to this dentist at your own risk. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I came in to receive a filling for a cavity filling that fell out. They proceeded to tell me that I needed all kinds of work done and that I needed an extensive cleaning. They charged me $350 for this cleaning that they said I needed that was a deep cleaning.

At the time of the original treatment plan I did not feel comfortable with the treatment they say I needed. I spoke to Linda Strickroth the manager for all three facilities and she assured me that I did need the deep cleaning and that this dentist was the most conservative that she had. I took her reasoning and accepted it.

I came in for the cleaning and the Dentists phone kept going off and the dentist excused himself several times to take a phone call while he was cleaning my teeth. I didn't think nothing of it, maybe it was an emergency. He finished half my teeth in 20 minutes while still taking phone calls and said we were done. We will finish cleaning the other half of your teeth next time. Next time So I left and came back two weeks later to finish the other half. So same thing happens, Dentist comes in and finishes second side of my teeth in 15 minutes and expresses that I will come back in 2 more weeks to polish my teeth.

I have had orthodontics and been to the dentist multiple times and this deep cleaning was the same regular cleaning that I have had at multiple different dental offices. So it seemed like a scam to me. Something was a miss. So I called Linda Strickroth, the manager for all three Crystal Dental offices. I explained to her the situation.

Let me make a point, the dentist now performing the work is different from Alex the dentist that wrote up the treatment plan. She proceeds to give me the same line, this dentist is the most conservative dentist that we have. Funny, she said that same thing in regards to Alex the first dentist that wrote the treatment plan. I explained to her the situation and this deep cleaning is the same cleaning I have received from multiple dentists. She seemed to get irate when I told her I was going to file a complaint and leave a review online. She then proceeded to tell me that she was going to leave a review regarding the company I worked for if I was to leave a review regarding Crystal Dental. Really? Leave a review regarding a business that you did not to business with. She then said she would have the owner of the facility come in and re-do my deep cleaning. I haven't figured out what their scam is but I know it was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in a dental office that extended over 3 visits.

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT UNPROFESSIONAL SCAMMING PEOPLE IN YOUR MOUTH.

I have been going here for years. Dr. Nguyen is the best dentist I've ever been to. He was able to get me in on an emergency for a cracked tooth and did a painless root canal and bridge in under an hour. God bless this business.
