They seem nice, and then they call you into the back room and lay on the intense pressure. It’s like a used car salesman pitch. Look, regardless of how much work I may or may not need, I am going to prioritize, use my insurance wisely, and stay within my budget.
In the end I went to a different dentist and didn’t need half the work they said I did. They just want your money and try to upsell you at every opportunity.

We absolutely love Dr Rosen! I can’t speak to her directly compared to Dr Duell since we only met her once for a cleaning - but as someone who is hyper sensitive to how doctors and dentist treat kids, I was very pleased with Dr Rosen. She was very thorough and patient with my oldest who always has a ton of questions. He likes to be walked through everything and she didn’t mind and was very good about putting it in easy to understand terms for him. She showed him the tools she’d use before putting them in his mouth (cotton pad, tooth pillow, etc.) and let him hear the tools that were a little more intense before putting them in also, like the whistle from the brush and such. My middle kiddo as a spectrum kiddo is hyper sensitive to brushing and flossing but Dr Rosen was so gentle and good with her. We’ve been very happy with her!

We've been coming to this dentist for 10 years now. They've done all my work and all of my children's work. They've even done my children's braces, and wisdom teeth! I'm always pleased with the quality and attention we receive. Even when I've had an emergency, and they are booked fully, they always find a spot for us. I have no complaints at all, and would recommend them to anyone! We love all the staff at Morgan Hill Dental Care. A+ all the way.

I liked the dentists even though they acted rushed, but the hygienists must be told to upsell anything they can. They KNOW a fluoride treatment is NEVER going to be covered by insurance, so you get stuck with a $75 bill!

The worst is the billing department, I've sent them multiple checks to pay my bill and they still haven't cashed it or responded to my multiple letters to them about my account. Utterly incompetent.

Find a family dental office run by someone who will develop a relationship with you, here you'll never see the same dentist or hygienist at your appointments.

Edit: The office called me after leaving this review and agreed to settle the account in an acceptable way. The caller was nice, but had no explanation why they ignored me for so long.

Dr. Duell and Vanessa, her dental hygienist, have always been outstanding. The facility is very clean and are very good with enforcing their COVID-19 guidelines. One recommendation I have for the personnel handling the front desk and insurance forms is having any forms that need to be completed emailed, or at least a link forwarded to the patient or caregivers of the patient to get to these forms, ahead of the appointment for better use of time. This comes very handy especially for parents and caregivers with very young children. I believe they already do this but it just needs to be consistent.

Morgan Hill dental is so great with our kids, 7 and 4. Neither of them dread going and that is HUGE. Dr. Dell is so wonderful and Katy is the best. She is warm and so caring. Would highly recommend!
Only issue seems to be that sometimes the office staff and the dental staff don't coordinate as well as they could & if an appointment is changed it doesn't always get updayed.
Katy & Dr. Dell are the reasons we will keep going here!

Never have I ever been to a dentist where they don't do a cleaning on the first check up. We got up early in the morning to get all my family in for a check up and now we have to RETURN FOR A CLEANING?!?! So inconvenient and a waist of time. And to top it off it took us longer here than a regular check up with a cleaning. They should really advise their new patients that they do not do cleanings on the first visit!
