I highly recommend Dr. Tammy Nguyen and her staff for all your dental needs. I started coming to this office after a bad experience at another dental office. My teeth were in bad shape from the poor work the other dentist had done. Dr.Nguyen fixed all my issues and restored my smile. I have been very pleased with all the work she's done. The entire staff is welcoming and her office is very clean. I referred my mother to this office and she is very happy with her new smile! Again, Dr. Nguyen fixed some issues with my moms teeth from a previous dentist. My mom never smiled and now she smiles all the time and looks younger. I went in recently because I lost a crown and I am confident the new crown will look and feel great. The office is really easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. They will work with your insurance or make accommodations if you are paying out of pocket. Please give this office a try if you are looking for a new dentist. Very professional and knowledgeable!

Got an appointment there just for it to be canceled because I didn’t have the “card with flowers on it.” Before I could let Monterey Dental know I will call the medi-cal people back to see about how to get the proper card and to see if they can send help for Monterey Dental’s backlog of patients trying to get dental work with them and Monterey Dental’s issues with navigating their updated system, I was hung up on. Monterey Dental staff said they scheduled me during the joint call with Medi-cal, and then called me back directly a minute after to say they would have to cancel said appointment. Good luck to anyone trying to get an appointment here

I am one of those types of patients that have had bad experiences at dentist office and because of that, I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist. My sister in law referred me to Monterey Dental and I am so happy I went. I was having bad tooth pain and they got me in right away and the Doctor was so sweet and comforting as well as her assistant. They both made me feel very comfortable and calmed my nerves. The Doctor took her time to explain everything to me in detail and was not in a rush to get me out the door like some other dental offices do. The front desk staff there is so sweet and kind and very helpful. They also have payment options which is another thing I liked about their office. Overall I had a great experience, staff is great and the office is nice and clean and welcoming. I highly recommend coming here for all of your dental needs.
