Yesterday was my first visit to Mission Dental Group. I had a very detailed dental exam and an excellent dental cleaning. Dr. Rosa Marie Ordonez, was very thorough with the examination. I felt very comfortable with her. The cleaning was very good and my teeth felt very clean. It was also very pleased that they were playing my favorite musical band in the office. That was a very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Mission Dental Group SF.

Scheduled a visit after being absent from a dental office for 10 years. Had my initial consultation and cleaning and was guided through the process, scheduling was a breeze. They were direct but reassuring in regards to what what work needed done, and were thorough with the initial inspection. They were reasonable about what needed done and prioritized based on my budget. I had anxiety before my first treatment appt and was treated with nothing but kindness and compassion. Was practically painless except for a completely tolerable discomfort. I recommended anyone considering dental work to come to this practice. I cannot thank the entire team enough. They made the process easy! I’m ALMOST excited for my next treatment appt 😂 but will definitely be attending and look forward to having a healthier smile. Thank you mission dental group!

I had a great experience with my first appointment at Mission Dental! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Dr Appelblatt was great - he was thorough and he took the time to explain all the different parts of the x-rays and to explain the rationale behind his recommendations. (I feel like I better understand my teeth now!) He was perfectly comfortable giving me time to think about the recommendations and didn't rush my decisions at all.

Absolutely LOVE this place
Alison was really nice starting with my first phone call, she took her time to work with my schedule helping me to get in before the end of the year so that I could utilize my insurance.
This office has a modern and relaxed vibe.
The assistant Lorelei was very patient taking my X-rays and made sure I was comfortable during the process.
Dr O was full of information about my dental health and made sure I left with all my questions answered, you can tell she likes to get to know you as a person and not just a patient.
I have found my new dental home.

I am extremely happy with the care they provide at this office! Dr. Appelblatt does an amazing job of understanding your needs and your wants, just like he understood my phobia of the dentist. The office manager Alex did a great job of looking up my insurance and helping me understand the process of how insurance works. Lets not forget about Kylie the dental assistant who makes you feel super welcomed as well! Over all very well established staff and office. Definitely recommend this office to everyone who is looking for a new dentist and anyone who wants to feel welcomed the moment they walk into the practice!

My wife and I are giving Mission Dental Group SF 5 stars because of our amazing and professional treatment and communication. Since we made an appointment, we received consistent support and information from Allison (front desk associate). We were able to fill all the necessary forms digitally before our appointment. The advice we received from the doctor was detailed and accurate. We received a thorough treatment (deep cleaning and fillings). The whole staff is very professional and care for their patients. My wife and I recommend them if you need a dentist!

Rosa is the bes one, She is very careful and detailed when it comes to taking photos of your mouth and I love that! she is also very honest about what is good for you and will not make you waste your money on extra things! and Randy has known how to clear all my doubts and he has been very kind and attentive to me. Also, they both speak Spanish too, so the sub plus is very important! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 😊

The receptionist was super nice when I made the appointment and says if there are no major problems. They’d be able to do a cleaning for me “that is why I’m going there”. In reality they overbooked and they did not have time for me for the cleaning to begin with. Wasted 30mins of my time then tell me that it’s impossible for me to do a cleaning. My goal is to do the cleaning, like why can’t you communicate with me beforehand that you didn’t have time for me?!

Also the dental assistant didn’t even know how to take x rays. I think she did it in a different method before but she was getting trained on how to do x rays hence wasted a lot of time. Please avoid this dental practice at all cost!!!!
