My first appointment at Midwest Dental was excellent. Each person was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and kind. Dr. Ginsberg is knowledgeable, succinct, and compassionate. Great staff to welcome me and I did not have to wait to be seen. The hygienist was very nice, thorough and listened to my concerns. Dr. G is great as well. Very enthusiastic and engaged! Overall, it was a very good experience and would recommend them to others who may be looking for a new dental office.

Everyone was so friendly and very professional! Lainey does a great job with welcoming patients to the operating rooms and taking x-rays. Amy always makes my teeth feel and look so clean and healthy! Doctor Maddie did a great job with filling a small cavity I had and I haven’t had any issues with it since! Shelly and Alli do a great job assisting the doctor with whatever is needed of them. Kayla was very friendly and had answers for all the questions I had and the front desk and waiting room were clean and well organized!

Tried to use this office as a new patient. Contacted them stating I’ve been in pain and need to get in. They scheduled me for a week out. Asked if I could get in sooner and they said no. The morning of my appointment they called and asked if I could do 11 instead of 1. I said yes and rearranged my schedule to make things work. Then they call back and said doctor needed to step out for an emergency. Which I understand. They reschedule me for the following morning 7 am. As I’m pulling into the office I get a call saying the doctor won’t be in today and I should look for another clinic to see me as they don’t know when the doctor will return. Mad is an understatement. Very unprofessional.
