My experience at Marina Smiles is typically great. The office itself is clean, well-organized, and runs on time. The dental assistants seem honest and really care about making sure my cleaning was done well.

They take the time to explain everything their doing if you don’t understand and make sure I am comfortable the whole way through.

My husband and I are looking for a new dentist. We went into the facility to check it out and sign up… there was one person sitting, there was one person at reception. Being serviced.
There were two employees at the reception. The male receptionist seems to be working on a problem on his computer. He never looked up. He never greeted us. The female asked us to sign in and take a sit. We told her we didn’t have an appointment.She suggested a sit while she continued with the customer she was with. When that person left she started helping the male with his problem. Him seemed upset and unwilling to try any of her suggestions. She went back to her desk (next to him) sat down and continued talking to him. She heard my husband and I discussing leaving she came around to us and asked if we had any questions? We were confused why she said this as she knew we were new patients. I said it seems you’re too busy for us right now. It was 4 something in the afternoon. She said yeah we are short staffed?

Really? There are two of you sitting there no other customers…..we watched two different employees come from the back taking trash out? While we were waiting.

I wonder if the owner of this establishment knows what’s going on..and that they lost 2 new patients…..because of poor customer service

I have been going to the same dentist almost my whole life and was nervous about changing when my insurance changed but Dr. Omar and Ryan were very thorough and kind. They took the time to walk me through everything and answered all of my questions. They gave me realistic and helpful advice about how to maintain my oral health overall. I’m looking forward to coming back (something I never thought I would say about a dentist).

I appreciated the front staff’s professionalism. The dental assistant was kind, charismatic and helpful. The X-rays were a bit challenging for me, but she was very patient with me, and we got the X-rays completed! Thank you for your patience and kindness!
