Si pudiera le diera menos de “0” es ridículo que me hagan esperar más de 3 semanas para hacer una cita para una vacuna y si me hacen esperar más de 3 semanas para hacer la cita ahora cuánto tiempo tengo que esperar para que me atiendan. Total mente en desacuerdo con las policías de este establecimiento y personal que están todo el tiempo de mal gusto.

Mala atención me negaron mi cita por haber llegado 10 minutos tarde entiendo que llegue un poco tarde pero yo tenía mucho dolor y me era muy difícil llegar a tiempo a mi cita y no les importó

La atencion pesimamente horrible , para hacer una cita tienes q estar en el cell entre 30 a 1 hora , antes de la pandemia el servicio era Malo pero ahora esta peor , deja mucho q desear ..

I was assaulted at work 4/19/21 with staples in my head from a concussion a few days before. I didn't have the energy to make a report right away since some women in the county have been having bad experiences with doctors and local cops. They don't take women and women's issues seriously. A lot of us are lucky to be alive today after so many incidences, we're walking miracles. It's one thing to be lucky, you also have to research, there's a lot of inappropriate verbal behavior behind those walls. You have to advocate for yourself however not too much or you get treated like a criminal, get judged, accused of lying or yelled at. I've been a patient since 2018 and needed their assistance in 4/2021, the day after I was attacked, I got a call from social worker Mikhail to check in and told him about the crime. He wanted to know details however after speaking to his supervisor, his words- "they don't want to get involved." I was heartbroken and humiliated. I've been a good patient, a good person all my life. Another moment in my life I needed assistance, they said, sorry. It's not ok or helpful. Women of all ages need more support and resources. My life has gotten worse since the mandated reporters didn't help me, I didn't want to get involved also. After getting attacked then no support from Mcc, I didn't have the strength like many others, whether you're privileged or low income to make another report in this county, different business. Dv, domestic violence and sa, sexual assault happen on a regular basis in this county with a lack of resources. Center for domestic peace doesn't help all women. Mcc, good luck if you look a certain way and get beat up at work, I now have a permanent injury, thank God it wasn't worse, I'm doing the best I can. If you need proper care or if there's an emergency, don't go here or ask for their help. There's a lot of stories about this place, it's mostly word of mouth. I really liked Joseph Charles, I've also had many doctors, I don't know what's happening with the turnover and why they're leaving. Since they're not going anywhere, at the most with enough reports they might change their name like Marinhealth, old Marin General or knock down the building like Jonathan's place, old Mill st however all residents, old and new need to know the truth for you and your family.

It's impossible to get anything done here. They do not respond to messages or call you back. They guarantee referrals within three business days, but I've waited over a month and finally gave up and paid out of pocket. It's really frustrating to try to get services here and I don't recommend them.

I greatly appreciate the wonderful admin staff & understanding dental team. I've been a patient over the past 10+ yrs and have always received excellent care as well as great support in challenging dental issues (i.e. dentures)! Highly recommend these clinics!!
