My daughter has been going Dr. Navarro's for two years now. She loves going to her dentist. Everyone is so nice. Also found out that they also do braces for kids and adults. I am glad that I found this office. I was able to setup up both braces and checkup appointments for the same day and get everything done in one visit.
My only problem is getting my daughter to leave the office after the appointment 🙂

Dr. Navarro is AMAZING! My son has been her patient 8 years and he loves her so much! She makes him feel so comfortable that he prefers to go to the dentist any day vs seeing any other doctor! The staff at Dr. Navarro always provides the best care for our littles.

I can't help but worry before bringing my youngest daughter in for her appointments - she is anxious, fidgety, does not warm up to people easily, and finds being in social situations very stressful. So understandably, a visit to the dentist office is just not her jam.

Pauline was so so SO (one more in CAPS) patient with my baby girl who at first refused to even lie down. Pauline spoke calmly to her, explained exactly what she would do during the cleaning and did her best to put my daughter at ease. There were tears and some screaming at first, but Pauline was gentle, nurturing, and understanding. She gave my girl some time to wipe her tears, take a few breaths, pick a movie to watch, and ask her all sorts of questions to distract her from the nerves.

Eventually my babe did lie down and get her cleaning done. Pauline told her she was so brave for lying down and getting her teeth "shiny like a princess again." My little girl walked out 10 feet tall and told everyone about how she was so brave with " Aunty Pauline."

Thank you so much Pauline and Dr. Sara for working your magic on my little. Big thanks also to Leena who worked on my oldest babe while making her feel comfortable with her storytelling and positivity. She always creates positive experiences for my ladies. We appreciate you all!

Dr. Navarro is one of the best pediatric dentist in Silicon Valley. I have a rambunctious kid who despises going to the dentist, however due to Dr. Navarro expertise and kindness working with children she was able to calm my child down and she was able to determine what dental work my daughter needed. She also explains everything in detail as to what type of dental work she is going to perform on my child which is very comforting as a concerned parent. Her staff is also really friendly. The dental office is very clean and a fun place for my daughter to tour around the new ocean theme office. I definitely would recommend my friends and family to this place. Keep up the good work Dr. Navarro!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Navarro and her staff. My oldest child, who has some special needs, has been a patient for almost 5 years and my youngest just had his first cleaning and x-rays. Dr. Navarro, the hygienists and staff have always treated my children with so much kindness and respect and it's always an entirely pleasant experience. So nice to not have to dread going to the dentist. My kids know it will be quick, easy and pleasant. Thank you!

Dr. Marilou Navarro is one of the best pediatric dentists my family and I have come across. Her office staff is friendly and timely in their appointments and conduct any follow ups that are needed with insurance companies to inquire about coverage.

Dr. Navarro is fantastic and knowledgeable but most of all she is great with kids. She makes them feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. As a parent, I first had my doubts of how my toddler would react to attending the dentist office for the very first time but Dr. Navarro was kind, gentle and got his attention (which is hard to do with an extremely active 2 year old) in a way which allowed the procedure to take very little time to complete (and there was no kicking or screaming during the process).

Dr. Navarro is not only a great kids dentist but her communication skills with the parents are quite remarkable. She spends a lot of time sharing information, answering questions, and providing 1:1 feedback. This allows parents to make informed decisions about their child's dental care. We are super grateful for her support and the time she gives our son when he is there. Thank you, Dr. Navarro!

Going to the dentist can be a super scary thing for a kid and Dr. Navarro and her staff were truly amazing with my god daughter. They made sure her experience was positive and fun, one that would make her want to come back!
