Just like others on here if I can give a negative star I would. I brought my seven year-old son here because he broke a tooth and had been in pain for three days. We are self-pay and it’s known because it’s in the chart. My son went back and they returned with his treatment plan stating that they can put a crown on a baby tooth. My husband asked that since it’s a baby tooth if they can just extract it because we couldn’t afford the $500 for a crown. The person who spoke to my husband said they would speak to the dentist and then came back saying they are not willing to extract tooth that he recommends putting a crown on it although it is a baby tooth and will fall out with the crown anyways. My husband said that’s exactly the point it’s a baby tooth and it’s going to fall out anyways so why not just extract it since the crown was too expensive. I’ve read other reviews that stated they do extractions on baby teeth, so I don’t understand why they denied us that option. My son was sent home to experience even more pain while we look for another dentist that is sympathetic to self-pay patients who can’t afford the high price of a crown on a baby tooth that is going to fall out either way. I don’t understand how other patients with the same situation get their tooth extracted, but our son was denied the relief of not having a broken tooth and being in pain. Not to mention the fact that my son is susceptible to an infection because of the broken tooth and instead of helping they just sent us on our way to look for a second opinion and a referral to a dentist in Orlando that would cost even more money, leaving us with no option, but to come back to them. But we won’t be back. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Board of Dentistry and with my complaint, I am going to add all of the reviews that have our sons similar situation where they helped and extracted the tooth.

Was able to get us in on extremely short notice. It was like magic! We called at 10:20 and they had an appointment for us at 11 o’clock! And then by 10:37 he was being seen by 10:55. He was out! That made us on time for his braces appointment.

Stay far away. Aside from the losing track of records of work done, they completely wrecked our child's mouth. Costing us thousands to have to go to specialized dentists after the damage done here. This place should be out of business.

Place is okay, at best, honestly, had to go here for years, only a few times have they ever gotten my sealant done properly, as of recently it's been done terribly and has been cracking off. Medicade will not pay for braces at this location (depending on your insurance) so just be weary with that.

The staff is so friendly and caring. My youngest son is terrified to come to the dentist and every time they are kind and patient with him. He has gotten better each time we come. Thank you for showing him compassion and taking your time with him it really makes a difference ❤️.

Completely botched everything with basic scheduling for my 2yr old. Pediatric dentist quit so now that’s my problem, they also went in and confirmed the wrong dates - never sent me a text or email or anything, only to get turned away the morning of the correct appointment because they dont have the right kind of dentist for a baby. Complete waste of time, taking all four of my kids somewhere more competent.
