I should have taken the patient in front of me arguing with the receptionist as a ominous warning. She was pointing out how they had failed to communicate with her regarding her procedures. I can now tell you that, yup indeed the lack of communication leaves a lot to be desired. They will also force you to wear a mask but not extended that same requirement to each other or well known customers. Dr. Carvajal felt that it was not necessary to inform me of the state of my tooth, or differnt operations that where available. Therfore, after a unnecessary procedure and a month of pain that left me choosing to not eat so I would not hurt. After going back and being told that they were in no way responsible, I went to a different dentist telling me he cannot say if the infection I had was from prior to or because of the procedure. I hope this helps in more ways then keeping customers from being taken advantage of, but also that this office addresses their misuse of perceived authority. This is why I have taken my business elsewhere.

I have been a patient for close to five years at this location. I just want to say that Dr. Ngo and the assistants she has working with her have been absolutely wonderful! Out of the staff I have had contact with, these ladies have been the absolute best from all the years. Everything I have needed to be worked on has been efficient and done well without discomfort afterwards. Always explained what the dental plan was and why. The front desk ladies are also very helpful and patient.
