I’ve been coming to M Dental for over eight years, and I can’t say enough great things about this place! The entire team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about their patients. My daughter is also getting her braces here, and the experience has been fantastic—she always feels comfortable and well taken care of. My fiancé also comes here, and we all love the quality of care we receive. From routine cleanings to orthodontics, they go above and beyond to make every visit a positive one. M Dental has taken great care of our family. Both our kids have done phase 1 braces here and both parents have done our cleaning. They are reasonable, they use text to confirm appointments, and they are never late.

A huge bonus is how amazingly clean it is too!

Zirconia crown (followed by root canal) I got from here became loose and eventually came off soon after 1 year has passed.

I believe It was not cemented nor leveled correctly from the getgo but whatever.. (I'm not a professional, so I can only assume.)

They (mdental) managed to re-cement the crown, but sadly, again, it came off some time after. This time, it also cracked.
On my 3rd visit, They replaced the Zirconia with the lesser quality metal crown. Year went by, and again, the metal crown had come off, and I had to get it re-cemented again at Mdental. They shaved off the top surface of the crown so it became better leveled this time around. Why they failed to level the crown from the beginning, I do not know.

For the record, I've had 3 other crown tooths that never had this kind of issue before. They all stay in place for more than 5-10 years. No issues at all.

I was confused as to why this keeps happening, so I decided to visit 2 different dentistry for a 2nd opinion.

To my surprise, both dentists are telling me I have a cavity under the crown and that I would eventually need an extraction and an implant.

Both dististry asked me why the previous dentist put the crown on this tooth with a cavity... they asked if I was aware of this issue. I answered NO I was not aware because Mdental never told me about it."

...It's been about a month since mdental re-cemented the metal crown on top of cavity infected tooth and I can already begin to feel coming loose again.

What a nightmare this whole experience has been with Mdental.

I do not recommend this dentistry due to dishonesty and poor skills.

The staff in this dental office is amazing!! They are patient and welcoming. I had to get a new dentist after 18 years because my dentist retired. I'm so thankful I found Dr Kim and his clinic. I don't have enough words to say thank you. I had a tooth extraction and implant done yesterday. I was extremely nervous and anxious, but Dr. Kim and the staff were so sweet, kind and nice to me through it all. Thank you!!🙏

Best dental experience I’ve had by far here at M Dental in Fullerton. I have not had a proper dental visit for at least 10 years and was always afraid of the dentist as I had a few bad experiences as a child. Well, my dental health caught up with me finally and I had to have 3 dental implants installed(among a few other things). After reading M Dental’s reviews and experiencing everything first-hand, I can honestly say this was the best choice I could have made.

Everyone at M Dental from the front office team to the doctors were amazing! Jenny and Jessica helped get me checked in and situated for my first visit. Dr. Alex evaluated my teeth when I first came in and gave me a great run-down of what I needed done and the timing for those procedures/cleanings. Erin was awesome and worked with me after my teeth were assessed to see what the best course of action was and what needed to be addressed first and how the finances of it all broke down. It was just a very pleasant experience and I felt like I was being taken care of.

When I came back for my dental implants surgery appointment, I met with Dr. Kim. He explained the surgery in more detail and streamlined the process to get us going, giving me a time-frame of when the procedure would be done. I was VERY nervous, but Dr. Kim was extremely attentive to me during the whole procedure and always asked if I was doing well and to make sure to let him know if anything was uncomfortable. The whole procedure was done faster than expected and I was perfectly numbed in the area so I didn’t feel any pain during surgery.

All in all, I had several awesome experiences here at M Dental and I can’t wait to come back for all my future cleanings and check-ups.
