Excellent experience for our 17 month old! As parents, we were a little nervous about his first cleaning & how he’d do. The staff made it a breeze. Ms. Cindy made our little one feel so welcomed & at ease. And Dr. Chanel is incredible at what she does. She is thorough, knowledgeable & very caring. We are so grateful for the staff & the great experience they gave our little guy & us! We highly recommend them & feel so thankful that little one is in wonderful hands!

We love Dr. Chanel she is an excellent dentist 🦷 who is very passionate about her work and very knowledgeable about her work. I love that the whole tram works together as a group and god communication skills. It is impressive to see that all of them really take the time to make sure the kids are comfortable and well taken care of their needs. Thank you for the amazing work you do for the kids.

We love Dr. Suzy and the LG pediatric dentistry staff. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. They do their best to make the kids feel comfortable and at ease. My daughter actually loves going and had the biggest smile on her face watching tv while getting cleanings. She had a mouth trauma at 1 and the team was so helpful but also took such good care of her that she doesn’t have fear of dentist afterwards. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a pediatric dentistry staff. I’m sure the other dentists are wonderful but we love Dr. Suzy!

Started out with Dr. Rabitz at the Willow Glen office. Moved to Dr. Lam and Dr. Carolynn as his schedule got busier. Now at the Los Gatos office. My daughter prefers this location and it’s the more modern and easier parking of the two. In honesty on a regular visit, you see the hygienist/technician more that the dentist. As the hygienist does all the x-ray and cleaning, and you see the dentist just at the end for the checkup. Our last hygienist Kathleen(?) was the best. She explained what she was doing during the cleaning and offered tips for brushing and flossing, really keeping the patient at ease. Dr. Carolynn was great too, offering recommendations to prevent cavities. Unfortunately, Dr. Carolynn only works on Wednesday at the Los Gatos location and that is our worst day due to our school/extra-curricular schedule. So I guess we will be moving back to the Willow Glen office to stay with Dr. Carolynn.

My kids love Dr. Suzy. She genuinely cares about them but also right to the point. She could tell if the kids brush and floss their teeth regularly or not. She would let them know the importance of oral hygiene and gave them examples of why it’s so important. She would also take the time to show how to floss hard to reach areas to my 8 year old. She talked to them like friends and she’s part of the school community so kids trust her and love her!!! After the visit, they are all motivated to brush and floss!!

Both my 11 yo son and I really like Los Gatos Pediatric Dentistry where we are always greeted warmly. My son has been able to see the same hygienist each time we have been there and she is super sweet and kind to him. Dr Chanel is awesome, and she explains to our son the areas he needs to focus on when he is cleaning his teeth. I appreciate how professional everyone is from the moment we enter their office, to the moment we leave.
