I recommend this office to all my friends.
One of the most fabulous things about this place is when you walk in. The front desk receptionist always greet you with a warm welcome. She is so professional and on top of what needs to be done. Getting the proper authorization, to get procedures done accurately. She makes it so easy and stress free.
Dr Jasmine is so good at what she does, she has a wonderful and professional staff I highly recommend this place !

Dr. Jasmine is by far the best dentist I have had in my 49 years of life. She is so knowledgeable about so many issues that surprise me, like how and why to swallow properly and where, how and why to place your tongue in your mouth. I have never had a dentist take so much time to educate me on issues of concern. She does your cleaning herself and even puts a little moisturizer on your lips so the don’t crack when you open your mouth wide. She is just the absolute BEST.

Avoid. Very unprofessional. Staff told me the wrong day to come in. They also scheduled me for 9 am but the office didn’t even open until after 9. Complete waste of my time.

Edit: since I cannot directly reply to the below which is entirely untrue. I was not at all rude to the receptionist who was in fact quite rude to me and acted like she had not made the mistake. I was calm and did not “slam the door”. I had to get my child dropped off early and take time away from work and you all act like it’s not a problem that you scheduled the appointment incorrectly. I asked when I made the appointment over the phone the previous Thursday if I could get a confirmation email of my appointment and the receptionist said it was not possible. So I confirmed TWICE verbally that my appointment was the following Tuesday at 9. This is the mistake of the receptionist. The fact that you refuse to take accountability for your mistake and instead want to characterize me as rude and angry and blaming me for your mistake further speaks to your unprofessionalism as a business. I will not be coming back and make sure to tell anyone considering your business how bad my experience was.

Dr Jasmine is the best, so light handed she will never cut you or poke you accidentally. If you have the opportunity to have her as your dentist do it! She will be the smartest most compassionate dentist of your life. Since we have moved, every time I have dental work done, I miss her so much. I hope to find someone as precise and amazing as her again one day. Until then I will just suffer through all the extra pain of a normal dentist that cannot help but accidentally slice & stab my mouth while getting fillings replaced & crowns done.

Our family can't recommemd Dr. Jasmine more highly, she is a hidden gem in Long Beach. Not only is it rare to find a dentist who personally cleans your teeth, she is highly skilled in all aspects of dentistry (including repairing a chipped tooth) and educated about the relationships between dental and apnea, TMJ, sinus issues, and so much more. The office runs efficiently, so they are always on time. Her office occupies a pristine and beautifully restored art-deco historical structure. The office also has a sizeable, well maintained private parking lot adjacent to the building. And it is centrally located to downtown and East-side neighborhoods. So busy professionals and students can reliably stick to their schedule.

We have tried other dentists but found crowded lobbies, rushed staff, and a mill-like atmosphere to move everyone through the experience. The doctors do not clean teeth but they do swing by to update you on x-rays and procedures.

The experiece with Dr. Jasmine is exceptional and upscale by comparison. And they may take most insurances.

I've been to dozens of dentists. Dr. Minasyan is by far the best I've ever experienced.

Usually, as a first time patient, dentists find all sorts of services to tack on. A simple cleaning turn into hundreds of dollars out of pocket. That has yet to happen. She is honest, caring, and understanding of your needs.

On top of being ethical, she also is extremely knowledgeable. I always learn new dental hygiene tips and tricks when visiting. She explains the value in flossing and for me it finally clicked which led me to become much more consistent with my flossing habits.

I highly recommend Dr. Minasyan for anyone looking for any level of dental service. Top notch business with amazing staff.
