Poor customer service. Making myself and others doing your own measurements for fitting of a mask. I received my first mask in a large, second one a medium, next small which were all too big. They wouldn't send me an extra small. I had the nurse send a referral and still no response. I finally gave up and told them to pick equipment up.

My father was in need of a oxygen concentrator on rather short notice and the staff here was beyond accommodating and helpful. Our order wasn’t officially sent until 10 minutes before close on a Friday and both employees, David and Crystal didn’t hesitate to stay later for me.
Highly recommend for any medical needs ☺️

Despite having an appointment I felt I was treated basically as an intruder, with locked doors on arrival. I think the staff are overworked but that's no excuse for aggressive behavior. Second guy actually was helpful after getting initial run around!

They demand someone to be there for the delivery to sign the invoice. They set a day only, no estimated time. Multiple times, they have been a no show and no call. If you can't make it, have the decency to call. That way no one is waiting needlessly. But would they deprive their loved ones of oxygen? That's exactly what they are doing to my wife. That's just the beginning.

I have been trying to get a new CPAP machine since July 2021 due to my machine being 8 years old and an error message with inconsistencies in air pressure from my machine. Tried working with Lincare Brattleboro to no avail. Always same response and no call backs : they don’t have any information, no up to date prescription (doctor sent 3 separate times), prescription over 30 days, and on and on. Excuse after excuse. In February I got a call from Lincare corporate and began working with them and low and behold had all documents correct while receiving my new machine within 2 weeks. Couldn’t understand why I was always tired using my CPAP everyday. Now I know it was the inconsistency of my old machine. The customer service for Brattleboro Lincare is extremely poor. I do not recommend at all.

Been trying to get a billing address for hours. The bill shows multiple addresses. Quick phone call, right? Ha! Hours! Can't believe this agency can stay in business. Never recommend this place.
