I recently ran across a difficult period and under almost emergency conditions, needed to visit a dentist due to a painful back molar (#19). I had heard good things about Dr. Vankooten and her staff from other parents at the school my son attends. Dr. Vankooten was very kind to see me on short notice and easily identified the problem. She then took the time to begin treating my molar and spoke to me about the proper process. What impressed me about Dr. Vankooten was her good-heartedness, ... she seemed to earnestly care. Finding a caring and competent dentist along with a friendly staff has not always been easy for me, ... but I came away very much impressed. I will be returning once the new year begins, and I would very much recommend her to others. Five stars from me!!!

Dr. Van Kooten is a wonderful and gentle dentist. I have been seeing her since she took over the practice from the prior dentist. She cares deeply about her practice and her patients. I had a dental emergency this week and they were able to give me an appointment the next day. Ernst, the front office administrator, is so wonderful. He kept in touch with me throughout the day on text while I tried to secure a specialist who took my insurance. Once I found that specialist, he sent the third referral for that day. I really appreciate this kind and supportive office. Dr. Van Kooten and her staff are the most consummate of dentist professionals.
