Dr. Afzali and her team have been doing a great job at helping me adjust the correction, and maintain the health, of my teeth aa well ans oral hygiene! Any time I have questions or concerns, Dr. Afzali, her dental assistant Cindy, and dental hygienist Erika are always willing to provide help and answers. I used to be a surgical patient for my open bite and I am terrified of surgeries and than the expenses for a surgery would cost a lot but thankfully I got an ad in the mail aboit lifetime Dental and immediately called to make an appointment because I couldn't take the pain from my big open bite and I couldn't take a bite of my sandwich. I found the dentist place where I can get my mouth fixed without surgery and major approvement happened with my bite and now in just a month or 2 I will be done and will show my journey here for everyone to see! I was linked through my insurance and was very nervous due to previous horrible experiences at different dentist. The staff is very hospitable and made me feel so comfortable and safe. I appreciate every person that worked on my teeth explains each process and ensure I understand.
Update: they maxed out my insurance and gave me a surprise bill weeks after my wisdom teeth removal. Currently, trying to report them because I think they did unnecessary procedures that are still causing me pain 3 months later.

Lifetime dental is a great place for deep cleaning. After not going to the dentist for over 10 years because of fear, I was able to have deep cleaning done that was much needed. They took great care of me and made sure that I did not have any pain during my cleaning as I had during a previous experience at another office. I no longer have great fear of going to the dentist because my dental hygienist took such great care of me. She was very nice and very professional.

Update: After I did my deep cleaning, the dentist came by and told me that I needed to have two teeth pulled and bone grafting done because I had too much bone loss, all of which was going to cost around $4000. I did not appreciate the fact that he assumed I did not go to a dentist before having my braces put on. And when I had previously spoken to my orthodontist about my bone loss, he said that I did not have too much bone loss and he also said that I did not have to have any teeth pulled. The dentist at Lifetime made it sound like I was going to just have my teeth fall out because there was not enough bone for them to move into with my orthodontic treatment. I decided to ignore, his advice of having teeth pulled and bone grafting done, and after two years, my teeth have moved just fine… They are secure… And no extractions or bone grafting was necessary. I believe this dentist was just trying to make $4000. Another thing that I see as a negative is that if you cancel an appointment without a 48 hour notice I believe it is… They charge well over $100 PER HOUR cancellation fee. That is unheard of. Most places will charge $25 or $35… The max that I have heard is $50 for a cancellation fee but over $100 PER HOUR… It’s all about the money. They also charged me well over $100 for a bottle of rinse they gave me after my deep cleaning, the same bottle I previously bought on Amazon for just $30-$35.

I will continue to go to this office for my deep cleaning, but that is about all. and I will no longer be accepting the bottle of mouth rinse or anything else extra from them because it will end up on my bill most likely.
