The Lady In the front did an amazing job. She was extramly helpful and I felt super welcomed to be there. This was the first dentist that the x-rays did not take far too long and drawn out, they got all of their imaging perfect first try. Lee David was straight to the point of what issues are present and solutions on how to fix them, he did not try to up sell anything or talk down to me about my situation. Very pleasant visit and very quick. The whole appointment was done within 45 minutes of me arriving.

Visiting from PA and a filling fell out. Got an appointment on the same day. Office staff was friendly and helpful. In and out with a new filling in less than an hour. Super happy to have it fixed so fast!!

Dr. Lee does a great job. Fast and efficient. Gave me extra an extra shot for pain. The ladies are wonderful. I don't hate going to the dentist anymore! I recommend him to everyone.

I have a tooth infection and they got me in less than 20 hours of explaining everything. They had my medicine ready before I left the office. Absolutely incredible! They treated me with the upmost respect and I've been referring all my friends. Thank you to the staff!!

First off, the hygienists here are absolutely amazing and sweet and great at their jobs (I’m not sure how they put up with working for this horrible dentist)! I went to this dentist because I had a broken tooth, which they weren’t even able to help with because are not equipped for any kind of oral surgical procedures. I was given a polish on my teeth, nothing more. I was then scheduled for four fillings, two on my top right and two on my top left. I am not sure how he missed the tooth on the bottom right that was causing the most pain, or the cavity I’ve had on my bottom left for over two years (haven’t had dental insurance to take care of these issues). I have Partnership California and Dr Lee told me I would have to go all the way to Chico which is 1 1/2 hours away from my house. I called to schedule an appointment but they told me I would have to come in two separate visits because Medicaid won’t allow them to perform a procedure of either extraction or root canal on the same visit as the X-rays and exam. I have three special needs children so there’s no way I could work around this. Dr Lee was brutally rough with the needle for numbing, and didn’t even hit the right area! I had to receive 6 injections to get numb! I am still dealing with a broken tooth and horrible mouth pain until I find a dentist I can afford and that will treat me like a human being. DO NOT LET THIS HACK OF A DENTIST TOUCH YOUR TEETH IF YOU CANNOT HANDLE PAIN!!

The office assistant specifically asked me while making my appointment if I lived in Shasta county and I said “No, I live in Red Bluff. This office was listed as taking Med-i-cal and I have a dental emergency”. She said “ Oh, Red Bluff is fine”. We arrive at the office and she takes my ID and says “Oh, we only take Shasta county residents. Just a second, I think the doctor will see you if I put in a different address”. But by the time the doctor said “ no we can’t treat him” they had already taken X-rays. So now we’ll see if I get billed for x-rays even though it was the incompetent office staffs fault. Waste of time.

I went there to receive dental clearance before a surgical procedure. The staff was quite friendly and helped me with what I needed to get done. The doctor was nice enough but his bedside manner could use some improving. He handled my face like it was a dead fish that he was getting ready to gut. I have to go back for some extractions and I will update this review after the procedure.
