I highly recommend Lakewood Dental Center. They took the time to answer my questions and explain the whole process of a deep cleaning, fillings, etc. which made me feel comfortable and I knew that I could trust them. I usually get nervous before dentist appointments but this time I felt relaxed. The doctors, receptionists, and other staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They also gave me some great tips for keeping my teeth healthy. Lakewood Dental Center had amazing customer service and it's clean.

My experience at Lakewood Dental Center was amazing.The Dentists, receptionists, and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and the place was clean. They answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail such as fillings, deep cleanings, cavities, etc. I am also thankful for the great tips on dental care, and I will highly recommend Lakewood Dental to my friends, co workers and family members.

First, I loved my dentist Dr. SUJAN, I'm sorry I won't be able to continue as his patient. The office sent me a certified dismal letter due to the fact I contacted my insurance to inquire about a charge on my EODB. I am a medical biller by trade and can read the explanations that we rcv from my ins. I called inquiring about an uncovered charge and wanted to see if my benefits changed. Insurance told me not to worry, they will reverse it & will contact the dental ofc. I called myself also, but they were closed. Christine or Christy called me back and I informed that my ins will reverse the charge, pls look out for new EODB and let me know what new balance will be; I'll come in ofc to pay (I initially paid with a check they hadn't deposited yet). She said she will review and get back to me. Well FF, I get this letter dismissing me because I made a "complaint". Apparently the ofc manager heard that ins called and made an emotionally charged decision without once speaking to the patient. Never contacted me to inquire if I did in fact make a complaint, which I didn't or at least call to see why I may have contacted my insurance. I run the financial office for a major hospital and just the lack of decorum and basic respect for a patient astounds me. I had no issues with the dentist, but I'm happy the ofc showed me who they really were.

This has to be one of the BEST dental office I have been to in a very long time. The service is excellent. The staff is very supportive, patient, & efficient. The facility has an old school vibe & is very clean. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The staff and doctors at Lakewood Dental Center are amazing. They are warm, friendly and very professional. They remember you by name; it’s like you have arrived to visit family. I initially came in because they were the only dental office with good rating open on Saturday, but I stayed because of the care, quality and professionalism they provide. I always had anxiety about going to the dentist because of bad childhood experiences. However, that’s not the case here. I feel so comfortable. I never feel any pain. I highly recommend Lakewood Dental Center. I also love that they explain the process and the doctors tell you what’s next during and after your dental procedure. I just can’t say enough how happy I am I found them.

I chose this place as my primary dentist because they’re open on Saturdays, but I stayed because they do great work. They’re friendly, their prices are reasonable, and the doctors take the time to explain all the options you have available (which is extremely helpful, especially when you’re reluctant about getting any teeth pulled). It can take a while to get an appointment on a Saturday, as they tend to be fully booked; but that’s because everyone who goes here knows how good they are. Highly recommend.
