I’ve been going to this dentist office since 2021, and every visit has been wonderful! The staff is always so warm and welcoming; they really make you feel like part of the family. They take the time to ensure I’m comfortable and well taken care of, which makes all the difference. From cleanings to check-ups, everything has been smooth and stress-free. Once again I had a dental emergency ( broken tooth) and once again Lakeside Dental came through with flying colors. They saw me immediately, assessed the situation, referred me to a periodontist, and made the appointment for me that very day— faxing all necessary paperwork. All of this was done with great professionalism, kindness, and compassion.

From the minute I walked into office it feels very home like. I was greeted by front staff by my first name which was nice. Dr. Berman and her assistant were very personable and understood my concern. Great office!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, I have a problem with the policies of the office. If I call my primary care physician because I have the flu, that’s what is treated. I as the patient determine the health service I need. However, at Lakeside Dental, and probably most other dental offices, I am told what will be done at my office visit regardless of what I want and the reason I am there. I do not have any problems with my teeth and I do not need X-rays every year. I’m 71 and I have never even had a cavity, but I would like my teeth cleaned and checked annually. (With X-rays every couple of years) At Lakeside I was told the dentist would not see me if I didn’t have X-rays taken. I had no choice in my dental care and I find that is disappointing and disturbing. I think it’s also somewhat of a scam. No treatment without paying for X-rays, really? Again, I believe that if I book an appointment at a doctor’s office, any type of doctor, the patient should be treated for the problem for which she booked the appointment . I definitely should have been able to make the choice of no X-rays!

This is the “Best Dental Experience” that I have ever had. It is clearly evident that Doctor John takes great pride in his Practice & is the Best Dentist that I have ever gone too. I have always been teated very well, made to be as comfortable as possible & most of all I have never experienced any pain or discomfort at any of my appointments. The staff at Lakeside Dental care is Amazing starting with Annie the lead receptionist. She really goes out of her way to ensure that you feel that Lakeside Dental has your best interest in mind. I would like to personally thank all of you at Lakeside Dental Care for the wonderful dental care you provide. My mouth has never been happier.

Although I was late for my appointment, the dental hygienist squeezed me in. She did an excellent jog of cleaning my teeth and was very careful and gentle.

I've been going to Dr Arooni for several years and have recieved great care. The staff are great, nice office, professional scheduling. I would and do recommend this place for regular treatment/dental work/fillings etc.

The staff could not be more welcoming and friendly. The Hygienist did a great job. The new dentist was great as well. (Sorry I’m bad with names or I’d include them!!!)
