I wouldn’t bring my dog to this clinic. The office is incredibly rude. If they don’t like you asking questions they hang up on you. Trying to return a call. Especially to Jessica who is beyond rude especially after explaining that I suffer from a neurological condition and am disabled. She continued to berate me and lecture me as if I was ignorant. Sad that they consider themselves an asset to servicing the community only to mistreat people. This is an ongoing problem with La Clínica before Covid and is only worse after. They’re clearly on a power trip and demean People with prejudice.

They need to have ADA compliant seating (chairs without arms). Every time I go in, they don't have chairs without arms, and it's very uncomfortable having to sit and wait, because I'm basically having to sit on the edge of the chair.

They had different chairs out in front of their office when they made people sit 6ft apart because of Covid-19 regulations, but they took those away. I could actually sit in those. Also, I end up having to sit on the curb out front because I don't want to wait inside for my wife to pick me up because of the terrible chairs.

If I could put 0 stars I would. They are DEFINITELY the worst dentist office I’ve ever been to. They are giving you a 3 minute grace period. They set their clock 7 minutes ahead of time. I had an appointment for my daughter at 11:50am my daughter walked in at exactly 12:00pm I followed behind her due to having to get my small child out of the car. They turned us away and said it was their policy. So I called another office to see if that was true. IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT THEIR POLICY!! This is unethical behavior.

They left my nephews face stained! It look like he had blood all around his mouth for days. He has ocd so the face staining really bothered him. I would give 1 star if I could! they let the product sit on his face for a while instead of wiping it which cause the staining. No kids wanted to play with him because of the way they left him, he already doesn’t love the dentist and this definitely scarred him. Super disappointed and angry.

They pulled out two of my teeth, first they said we can save and fixed them. after 5 years of going to this dental. I understand they are using foreign people as practice for interns because they don't understand English at first. The filled-out teeth fell off after a year. if U speak Spanish it might be different treatments.
