El servicio y la atención excelente desde que entras. Necesitaba un traductor y sin problema me atendieron, el servicio de mi niño y la amabilidad dándole confianza y calmandolo para que no se pusiera nervioso fue de lo mejor ?

El lugar es agradable, sin embargo las citas las ponen hasta cada dos meses para el control del Niño, cuando por experiencia con otros ortodoncistas es mensual, el servicio NO es barato por lo que deberían ser más conscientes y brindar el servicio que se solicita, si estamos solicitando que lo vean por mes y estamos pagando por un servicio mensual, deberían brindar el servicio, nuevamente, no es la primera vez que acudimos con un ortodoncista pero este lugar ha dejado mucho, pero mucho que desear en servicio, si mejoran eso, fácilmente llegarían a un nivel excepcional con su trabajo, llegamos aquí por una recomendación pero terminando, por que pues te comprometes a pagar todo, no los volveremos a utilizar, no recomendable.

The place is nice, however the appointments are made up to every two months for the control of the Child, when from experience with other orthodontists it is monthly, the service is NOT cheap so they should be more aware and provide the service that is requested. if we are requesting to be seen per month and we are paying for a monthly service, they should provide the service, again, it is not the first time we have gone to an orthodontist but this place has left a lot, a lot to be desired in service, if they improve that They would easily reach an exceptional level with their work. We came here on a recommendation but once we finish, because you agree to pay for everything, we will not use them again, not recommended.

My daughter has sensory issues and Kids Care Dental has been fantastic to work with over the past few years. They get it! My daughter feels comfortable with all of their staff members and at their facility. Kids who need a quieter space can go to a separate room and the staff understands that sometimes you need to adapt to the comfort level of kids to help them. We love our visits and my daughter’s teeth are all the better for it! Thank you, Dr. Armand, and all of the staff members!

Since going to Kids Care Dental, my son’s dental anxiety has been greatly reduced. He still gets scared but the dentist and staff are so warm, welcoming, and patient with him that he can go in confidently.

My kids have been coming to this dentist since babies and never had a single issue with anyone that has seen them. The doctors and assistants here are all great! My oldest recently started treatment for braces and Mashayla has been THE BEST with the entire process. She helped us get started and explained everything thoroughly from what it would cost to what treatment would be looking like. She is super friendly and caring just as much as the entire staff is as well.

My daughter had to have two teeth pulled. The dentist and hygienist both made it the best experience possible. The hygienist was AMAZING. She could tell how nervous my daughter was and went out of her way to connect with her and make her feel comfortable. The dentist showed my daughter his tools and explained every step so she felt involved and there were no surprises to scare her. Overall I couldn’t be happier.
