I bring my daughter in to Kids Care Dental every six months for a cleaning and preventative care. She is always excited for her appointments and she loves the Kids Care facility. The staff is helpful and kind. They make follow up easy and their services are affordable, especially with their monthly payment program. We will continue getting all of her pediatric dental services here at Kids Care Dental. I would highly recommend Kids Care to other parents as well.

Scammmm!!! ?Don't take your kids to this dentist location unless you want to pay more out of your pocket. Their billing system is a scam or they training their staff to suck out more money from patient parents. This is my kids case, when i took my kids in for a work we both agreed on a number for that treatment then i confirmed with them over and over to make sure no weird numbers later on. They said "yes, yes, yes" that's your final bill. And guess what a month or two later they call and say you have to pay additional. They kept doing this to my kids for years. The only reason we still going with them until now because doctors they are good and my kids feel comfortable to let them treat. I hope state agency should look into this dental.. I will continue writing until they stop or out of business!!! Business has no heart

We love Dr. Carson & all the staff! We’ve had a different hygienists each time & they have all been fabulous. My daughter came with me to my adult dentist and she said she’s happy she goes to Kids Care because it’s more fun!

This company and the dentistry work they do is fine. It’s fine. They’re dentists, they do decent dental work. The major problem with this company is that they do not leave you alone. My son had an appointment yesterday. We received a total of five text messages a phone call and two emails For a single appointment. And then, after that, they sent us a link to fill out this review because they want people reviewing them to boost whatever it is they think they need boosted. It borders on absolutely obnoxious. They’ve told me there’s nothing they can do about it. It’s all corporate. But there is no reason a business has to bother people this much about a friggin appointment. We are all parents With calendars, we have phones with calendars. We have jobs with calendars. Calendars exist. There is absolutely no reason for these people to bother you as much as they do for a single appointment. The fact that my main complaint about a company is their vast over communication is absurd. We are like 6 inches away from leaving and going to another dentist. That’s how bad the communication is.

The staff were professional and pleasant, but office was behind and we waited close to 20 minutes before being seen, which probably resulted in the cleanings to be rushed and rough. I'd recommend that they honor appointment times which will allow the hygienist more time to complete a proper cleaning.

Kids care Dental is AMAZING. Their entire staff from admin to Dentists and Orthodontists and kind, patient, courteous and know their work and do it well. Our kids always have a good time, and it never takes longs to get our appointments cleared.

I am extremely unhappy with the billing department after contacting my dental and health insurance a majority of my children’s oral surgery was actually covered. They failed to follow through on their end by contacting my health insurance and giving me an accurate depiction of what I needed to be spending out of pocket I ended up spending thousands of dollars out-of-pocket unnecessarily. I recommend going elsewhere for your child’s dentistry and orthodontist needs. If you do end up going with this company, please do your research and contact your insurance company so that you don’t lose money unnecessarily. One of my children ended up, not needing all of recommended work done. I still haven’t been reimbursed for overpaying for work she didn’t even had completed. They took my money just to take my money. I am extremely disappointed.

I responded to the request below to "make things right." I've even submitted a ticket to the company to review the financial issue at hand. However, I have not received any response. I'm sharing this information so that you can assess whether the company is making a genuine effort to correct their mistake.
